Oh come now, don't be so harsh, lol. Not EVERY person that wants to view you on a webcam is doing so out of perversion. I, for example, like to see peoples reactions when I talk to them. I like to see the different expressions, especially smiling and laughing... it's just not the same in a picture.

OH! I have some news... This past month it snowed here. Despite the joyous occasion the media made it out to be, most of us soldiers hated it, as it just meant another few inches of mud to wade through, lol.

Well other than the fact that I have to spend 15 months here rather than 12, I'm doing great. Recently bought a house before we deployed (3br 2bath 2012 sq feet, 4.5 acres), married my wife 6 months ago. (who's deployed with me, not too far away). Financially doing great, morale is up because the improvement is visible (sorry won't go further than that). Other than missing my wife and family, I'm doing great. We will get through it, each of us understands the sacrifices sometimes needed. Be it personal, or large scale.

Well considering where I'm at right now the only things I can choose from are german near bear and disgusting home made concoctions.. I think I'll have to pass, lol.

Thank you, I can't tell you how much we appreciate it when people do and say things like this for us. Yes, I'm currently overseas in Iraq. Don't be sad for us, it's our job. We look out for each other, we're all family out here... every soldier will do their best to make sure their brother and sister soldiers come home safe.

It's in the 40s here in the sand box of Iraq, never would guess it gets so cold in the desert... hell we had SNOW last month... snow in the desert, go figure

It's a hard thing to differentiate "enemy" from common criminal/thug/gang member out here... but good point, I think you'll notice that's dropped considerably as well.. just be sure to take note of how many are local to local killings.

I'm gonna have to call my most annoying thing:

Snow and rain in the desert... I mean what the hell, it's the desert. And let me tell you, wading through a foot of muddy/mucky sand to walk a couple miles to a dining facility to eat is no picnic

That's completely up to you, and the kind of person you're looking to meet. Some people like upfront brutal honest (emphasis on the brutal), some people are un-comfortable with it. Personally, I like the bold and blatant honest approach... but then, I'm a bit odd I suppose

Cons... Requires preperation for couples play, but you can't really call that a con, because if done right, it can build the suspense ;).

Love, in my opinion is simply this:

When you care for someone so deeply, that their happiness represents your happiness. When you are willing to sacrifice, if it will help them or make them happier. When any small thing can remind you of the person, and bring a smile to your face.

It's knowing that you would give up all of your worldly possessions if you had to, to remain at the person's side.

When you no longer have the slightest thought about if someone else might be better.

When a person is beautiful to you, no matter what condition they may be in.

When you are so comfortable with them, that you never have to even bend the truth, you share everything.


I think it can mean a lot of different things, to a lot of different people... but this is what it is to me.
