Haha, I don't think I've ever cooked corn dogs in an oven... Can't you
microwave them? Kinda hard to burn that way... |

Hmm, not quite sure how I feel about meeting someone off the internet.
I have to say I'm skeptical, but I'm also a big risk taker. I think if I found the person interesting enough in chatting for a bit, I might consider meeting. I've met with a couple people through myspace. Although we didn't really hit it off, nothing creepy happened, and I made a couple new friends. As far as traveling a long distance to meet someone I talked to online, I probably wouldn't unless I had planned to go to that area anyway. Being in the military and somewhat of a thrill seeker, I do tend to travel a bit. |

For me, my headline says it all... "Why not?". I have no trouble dating
outside of the internet, but havn't found anything that stuck... so I figured why not give this new fad a try. |

Maybe it's just me, but the first place I came when I joined this site
was the forum. What better, and more comfortable place to meet people than in a community environment? |

How do you flirt?

I wouldn't say "show indifference", but yeah, coming off as desperate is
usually a bad idea... |

<-- The complete opposite of shy.

Flirting is harmless and fun. The whole idea of flirting is to make the
person you're talking to smile or laugh, or just happy in general. Flirting opens the person up to feel more comfortable with talking to you. I'm a huge flirt, but I don't have the intention of trying to "hook up" with every woman I flirt with, it's just a good way to break the ice and have a friendly conversation with someone... it's what comes after the flirting that determines where you'll go with someone... That's just me though, don't know if it's the same for everyone. |

I agree with oceans, I would interpret it as being a "nervous laugh".
Especially during an otherwise serious conversation, or something that may be hard for that person to say. |

Why give them up? There's always room for compromise. If they're
allergic, maybe they can take medication for it, or the pet can be moved outdoors or to a friend/family member's house where you can still see your pet. If they're just stubborn and don't want the animal around, then I'd say that's a big red flag as far as how well other compromises will go in your relationship... |

I also agree with newg, but I'd like to add;
It's not important if one, or even many people think you're "Ugly", to someone in the world I guarantee everyone can be beautiful... However, how you see your self plays a very big role. Low self esteem can be a turn off for a lot of people, so that someone who considers themselves ugly, will eventually look ugly to the onlooker as well. All you can do is be proud of who you are, and take pride in taking care of yourself and your appearance, it's just a matter of time until you find the person who finds you to be the most attractive person they've laid eyes on. |
