Why Aetna is pulling back, big time, from Obamacare markets now

Aetna (AET)'s actions — and those of other big insurers — speak louder than nice words about Obamacare.

The decision by Aetna to bail out next year from 11 of the 15 states where it sells Obamacare plans is just the latest move by a major insurance company to pare back — sharply — its involvement in the markets for individual health plans that are a key component of the Affordable Care Act.

But it came less than a week after federal health regulators suggested that a big concern about the viability of that business wasn't justified by the actual data. Insurers have been saying Obamacare customers are, overall, less healthy than the companies need them to be so that the medical costs covered by the plans don't exceed the premiums the customers pay in each month.

Former Brigadier General: Obama's Briefer Told CENTCOM Official to Skew Intel on ISIS

A former brigadier general revealed on Fox News Monday some new information about the White House's role in U.S. Central Command's skewing of intelligence to downplay the threats of ISIS and Al Qaeda.

Last week, a House Republican task force concluded in a 15-page report that U.S. military leaders altered intelligence reports "to paint a rosier picture" of the U.S.-led fight against ISIS than intelligence analysts believed was warranted.

The report blamed “structural and management changes” at the intelligence directorate for the distortions, but stopped short of explaining WHY the changes were made. According to Defense News, "the problems followed the change in Central Command’s leadership from Marine Gen. James Mattis, as CENTCOM commander, to Army Gen. Lloyd Austin."

U.S. Army Brigadier Gen. Anthony Tata (Ret.) filled in some blanks on Fox News Monday afternoon, and if his allegations are true, the scandal reaches all the way to the president's inner circle.

And therein lies the problem. The people are rarely part of the equation until it comes to "funding" or a drone/worker force is needed.

The banks control everything at the top by controlling the money supply, even governments. Govt policies control corporations with lobbyists as middle/bag men delivering the payoffs, the corporations control the people thru the policies and regulations those payoffs buy (pay to play).

The slave or worker force is directed by the sponsored media in every aspect of their lives and the govt registers, regulates, educates, polices, spies on/tracks, and collects the payments thru its many alphabet agencies.

DC Leak Exposes Top Clinton Donor George Soros Manipulating Elections

Billionaire investor buys access to high-powered Democrats

One of Hillary Clinton’s biggest donors, billionaire George Soros, has been exposed in a massive hack for manipulating elections in Europe via his non-government organizations. DC Leaks revealed more than 2,500 files from Soros’ groups, most notably the Open Society Foundations. The leaks are especially concerning for Americans given Soros’ close relationship to former Secretary of State Clinton.

So far this election cycle, the billionaire investor has donated over $25 million to Clinton and other Democratic Party members, with more expected before November. Soros has also funded Media Matters, founded by David Brock, who operates on behalf of Clinton in several dubious capacities—like running the Correct the Record SuperPAC, which hires Internet trolls to spread pro-Clinton ideologies on the Internet.

Soros has been a major donor to the think tank Center for American Progress, founded by Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta. The organization also runs the pro-Clinton media outlet ThinkProgress.com.

The troubling ties between Soros and Clinton extend to her tenure as secretary of state. An email released by Wikileaks revealed that, in 2011, Soros instructed Clinton to intervene in Albanian politics—advice she acted upon. Soros directly benefited from Clinton pushing for the 2011 Panama Free Trade Agreement, as several of Soros’ holdings were implicated in the recent scandal there. That deal opened up the country for billionaires and millionaires to exploit as a tax haven, which was exposed in the Panama Papers leak earlier this year.

Soros developed an ominous reputation as a greedy billionaire in the early 1990s, when he single-handedly caused an economic crisis in England by betting against the British Pound. The investment, dubbed “Black Wednesday,” made Soros over a billion dollars at the expense of Britain’s economy. In 1998, Malaysia’s prime minister attacked Soros for inciting negative influences on the country’s economy through currency speculation.

Clinton’s running mate, Sen. Tim Kaine, reportedly had a private dinner with Soros’ son Alexander recently, who has also been known to have unfettered access to high-profile Democrats.

In their coronation of Clinton, the Democratic Party maintained that the massive amounts of money being pumped into their candidate’s campaign wouldn’t affect her at all. The connection between Clinton, who has embraced SuperPACs and large donations from wealthy and corporate donors, and the influence these donations have provided them in the State Department are well documented.

If elected president, Clinton will continue exchanging favors and access to her big-ticket donors, as she courts their interests over those of everyday Americans. Soros’ access to Clinton and the Democratic Party leadership is well documented, as are his interests and concerns receiving special consideration. Democracy has devolved into a system that works only for millionaires and billionaires with the money and desire to assert their own voices in government with big campaign contributions, simultaneously silencing the voice of every American voter.

And with all this, strong economic recovery from a deep recession -- which has been an American tradition -- never came to pass.

A recent Wall Street Journal news headline read, "The Worst Expansion Since World War II Was Even Weaker." The story proclaimed that this lackluster economic expansion is actually getting weaker.

Another recent Journal column titled "Productivity Slump Threatens Economy's Long-Term Growth" asserted that output per hour is experiencing the longest losing streak since 1979. The U-6 unemployment rate stands twice as high as the traditional unemployment rate, the U-3.

Yet Obama has continued to do the same thing over and over again.

And now comes Hillary Clinton's economic plan, which will deliver more stagnant growth, falling wages, dropping productivity and depressed investment.

And these are heavy hitters—UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna and some Blue Cross Blue Shield companies. Cooperatives established under the law are collapsing as well. Just seven of the 23 remain. Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom (CCHF, www.cchfreedom.org) points to these occurrences as the beginning of the end—the unraveling of the Affordable Care Act. President Obama’s legacy act is in deep trouble. These departures are the “tremors” before the earthquake, the total implosion of Obamacare. Bill Clinton rape accuser: Hillary 'tried to silence' me

A woman who publicly accused former President Clinton of raping her in 1978 is resurrecting her claims on social media.

“I was 35 years old when Bill Clinton, Ark. Attorney General raped me,” Juanita Broaddrick tweeted Wednesday.

The Hill reached a woman by phone in Van Buren, Ark., on Wednesday who identified herself as Broaddrick. She said the Twitter account is hers.

Broaddrick said she set the account up in 2009 but hasn’t used it much since because she’s unfamiliar with Twitter.

The former nursing home administrator alleged in 1999 that Bill Clinton raped her in Little Rock, Ark., during his 1978 gubernatorial campaign.

In a brief interview, Broaddrick, who said she retired after selling her nursing home business in 2008, said she’s decided to play a more visible role heading into 2016.

“I’ve been quiet for too long, and now with the possibility of [Hillary Clinton] being the Democratic nominee and possibly president, I feel the need to get involved,” she said.

Broaddrick said that she doesn’t describe herself as Republican or Democrat, but is supporting Donald Trump for president.

Obama Got Caught Red-Handed Committing This Crime

McCarthy writes:

“The specific provision cited is Section 560.204, which states:

The exportation, reexportation, sale, or supply, directly or indirectly, from the United States, or by a United States person, wherever located, of any goods, technology, or services to Iran or the Government of Iran is prohibited. [Emphasis added.]

The regulation goes on to stress that this prohibition may not be circumvented by exporting things of value “to a person in a third country” when one has “knowledge or reason to know that” such things are “intended specifically for supply, transshipment, or reexportation, directly or indirectly, to Iran or the Government of Iran.”

The administration paid-out Iran in foreign currencies because Obama claimed it was illegal for U.S. dollars to be used since current law prevents a banking relationship with Iran.

But McCarthy argues the law also forbids transactions in foreign currencies as well.

Obama thought he could circumvent the law by using Switzerland and Demark as middle-men, but McCarthy claims this also was illegal because one section of the law states you can’t export something of value to a third country if it is intended to be sent to Iran.

But that wasn’t the end of Obama’s criminality.

McCarthy also explains:

“Although these regulations leave no room for doubt that their point is to prevent and criminalize things like sending $400 million in cash to the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism, the ITSR adds another reg for good measure. Section 560.203 states: Evasions; attempts; causing violations; conspiracies:

. . . Any transaction . . . that evades or avoids, has the purpose of evading or avoiding, causes a violation of, or attempts to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this part is prohibited. . . . Any conspiracy formed to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this part is prohibited.

By his own account, President Obama engaged in the complex cash transfer in order to end-run sanctions that prohibit the U.S. from having “a banking relationship with Iran.” The point of the sanctions is not to prevent banking with Iran; it is to prevent Iran from getting value from or through our financial system — the banking prohibition is a corollary. And the point of sanctions, if you happen to be the president of the United States sworn to execute the laws faithfully, is to follow them — not pat yourself on the back for keeping them in place while you willfully evade them. The president’s press conference is better understood as a confession than an explanation.”

For good measure, Obama committed one final crime.

McCarthy states:

“The first is the law against providing material support to terrorists, Section 2339A of the federal penal code. It says that anyone who provides resources — including “currency or monetary instruments” — to a person or entity with knowledge that they are to be used in the preparation or carrying out of terrorism offenses is guilty of a serious felony. I’ve italicized “knowledge” to underscore that intent is not required; to be guilty, you just need to know.”

The administration lists Iran as a state sponsor of terrorism and has admitted Iran could use the money to fund terrorist activities.

Obama’s criminal conduct is clear.
