Documents indicate IRS officials knew of Tea Party targeting since 2011

A new batch of FBI documents released Thursday by Judicial Watch indicates that several senior Internal Revenue Service (IRS) officials were aware of the targeting of conservative groups almost two years before they told Congress.

Lois Lerner, who oversaw tax-exempt groups for the IRS, and top IRS official Holly Paz "knew that agents were targeting conservative groups for special scrutiny as early as 2011,” the conservative legal advocacy group said in a release Thursday.

The IRS did not respond to requests for comment.

The detailed narratives of FBI agent investigations, known as FBI 302 documents, were obtained through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch.

You really don't need an email collection to know this. After all, NBC "News" hired Chelsea Clinton for $600,000 a year to make some of the most sleep-inducing "happy news" stories to ever air on television. She was producing stories less than once a month, or more than $50,000 a pop.

In February, Gawker made a Freedom of Information Act request for government emails from Hillary Clinton's PR aide Philippe Reines. The disclosed emails exposed Politico big-foot Mike Allen. He offered a cozy Politico chat with Chelsea Clinton: "No one besides me would ask her a question, and you and I would agree on them precisely in advance." When exposed, Allen spun the offer as "clumsy."

Well, the latest emails demonstrate Politico is still making a mockery of journalistic "independence." We now learn that "reporter" Ken Vogel sent a story on Clinton fundraising to DNC national press secretary Mark Paustenbach for a pre-publication review. Now, checking for confirmation of some numbers or confirming a quote — that's OK. But the entire story? That is journalistic malpractice. The Democrats have Politico on a leash.

Others showed DNC staffers mocking Sanders supporters as “Bernie Bros” and plotting how to spin the narrative of his failure. Others reveal that the DNC and the Hillary Victory Fund apparently channeled money through state Democratic parties, perhaps in an effort to avoid contribution limits to her campaign. Other leaks include spreadsheets that appeared to match Democratic donors and fundraisers with appointments to federal boards and commissions once Clinton was elected. Igor, I do take it personally. I have children and grandchildren and hopefully great grandchildren in my lifetime.

On the other hand, as a Marine I swore an oath to protect not only my rights but the rights of others, and I see them trampled on far too many fronts, to all classes, races, and creeds of people under the dome of US icons, the media, and leadership, and it offends me.

The media was meant to be the peoples truth to power, instead they have become the voice of the elite and power brokers, the banks and corporations. They set our styles and give us our opinions.

Jackson Browne said it best.... "they sell us everything from youth to religion the same time they sell us our wars."

There is no relevant conversation when the voice of the people is a directive to the media narrative from whatever source has the most money or "sell-ability" to profit from it.

In 1913 our govt sold "we the people" to the federal reserve banks and its registration and taxation departments. People had to be recorded, registered, and classed for repayment. Our "freedoms" had to be designated and controlled to comply, and govt grew to become a power over the people thru the control of the debt machine of the central banks.... namely, the IRS and dozens of other record keeping and regulating bodies.

So yeah, it is personal, and should be to everyone on an individual level for over 300M people most who suffer from the wrong conversations and directions implemented at the top!
