Why do members, who have been here for 8 months, feel the need to come in to the "welcome newbys" area? I am confused. That is the first place I went. I now go back to welcome "newbys". That is the only reason I go back.
Why can't people post under the proper forums, such as "discussion"? Not wanting to cause disharmony, but, it just seems silly to me to find a seasoned member trying to post a new post in the "welcome newbys" forum. |

You've been a member since June 2007. I have been a member since 9/07. Who is newer.
I will say, I am retired on Social Security Disability and never have to pay taxes again. I also will never have a "new" car. Poverty isn't great, but, it's tolerable. It's the lonliness that hurts. What is it that you want to be excused from? Being honest. Just wondering? |

Good morning all. It's 3:10am here. I had jury duty yesterday, so I came home, ate and went to bed, so, now I'm up and showered. I have to go back today to finish the case I am a juror on. It's so boring!!! Not like on TV at all. Hopefully it will be over by noon. They pay us $20/day. Gas money for me. That is what the county pays and I live on social security disability so every little bit helps. Ya'll have a good day!!

Middle child here. Older brother and sister and younger brother and sister (the youngest are twins). All 5 of us were raised as if we were the only child. I don't know how my parents did it, but anyone who knows one of us, is sure we are the only child in the family. My parents are the best people I have ever known.
It's been awesome!! Parents are Dad, 84 and Mom 80 1/2. Brother 61,Sister 56, Me 54 and Brother and Sister 51. |
