Oh I do like you
I was so broke when I lived in London that I never even got to go to Eire But I won't miss it when I go back. It's a big must do on my list. French Canada? I've been as far as Ottawa but never to Quebec. I hear its beautiful so I'm planning on it though. I live pretty close to NY and Michigan. Southwestern Ontario is where it's at! I collect all things Pegg, I even got the guy on Twitter. Proudest geek in the universe Hot Fuzz was phenomenal too. "For the greater gooooood" Never seen it...youtubing it too! |

You're purdy damn spiff~kewl yourself ...
... See also "Orlando" and "Madness of King George" ... Both are ever so stellar in the world of all things film, much less English film ... Well, I couldn't get enough of olde~towne Quebec, raucously beautiful!!! And? Montreal had the best dressed "Street People", that I've EVER seen in my entire life on the road ... Like, totally tailored vintage suits, and still begging for spare change ... And there's me ... ...Barefoot, hair past my arse in tie~dyed hippie rags ... Just shakin' my head in disbelief ... What a crack~up!!! |

My daughter and I saw "Arabia" at the IMAX Cinema in the Denver Museum of Nature and Science ...
Absolutely brilliant ... A young Chicago film student, from Saudia Arabia, pictorally documents the entire history of his ancestry from the beginning of his culture, to modern day Saudia Arabia in renaissance~like renewal ... He wanted to put a different/accurate face to his people and heritage, than the world hyperbolic profiling and prejudice of all things Middle Eastern, in the wake of post~9/11 ... It is a story most overwhelmingly steeped of beauty, mysticism, the grail of knowledge and discovery ... Must have gotten QUITE the grant to have produced this precious GEM! Enchanting ... ... GO ... See it w/ jaw dropping AWE!!! |

Just watched for the first time a film I've wanted to see for years- "Going Back", Bruce Campbell's second film(made after he did Evil Dead)
A nice little film about two friends in 1964 who decide to spend a couple of weeks in the country before going off to college. They befriend a lonely farmer, and Bruce's character falls for a local girl. But when they make promises to return to visit, 4 years go by and they both learn the hard way you can't always go back. Love that they go to the theater to see one of my favorite films- A Hard Days Night! |

Been getting caught up on some flicks, so here is what I have seen these past few weeks.
ZOMBIELAND: I laughed so hard. Thank God Woody was in this. The "Zombie kill of the week" spot was classic. DISTRICT 9: Wow! This was a brilliant film that should have gotten more recognition. THE COLLECTOR: You can tell that the dudes who had alot to do with the SAW series were behind this. It wasn't a bad movie. Just not what I thought it was going to be. BOONDOCK SAINTS 2: Don't feel it was as good as the first one, but I was glad they used Billy Connoly more. And....OMW....Julie Benz is freaking hot! |

I just saw "Watchmen" and I was enthralled
I've heard a lot of people say it sucked but I was surprised and amazed that it was original, excellent characters, well written and not overly verbose dialogue, and a really cool plot I had to watch it again as soon as it was over I want to be Rorschach |

I finally saw the Boondock Saints over the weekend!
