I love self checkout, but I hate standing there waiting and watching some of the retards struggle their way through it. I mean, come on! It isn't that difficult. You always see people that make it look like it is the first time they have ever done it. They look at their product, search for a minute or so for the bar code, cautiously scan the item, look at the item again, look back at the screen, put it in the wrong place so that it doesn't register that you have bagged the item, look confused as to the register saying there is a problem, stand their bewildered until until an employee comes to wonk them on the head and set them straight, then they repeat the entire process. And God forbid if the item is produce or something that doesn't have a bar code!!! OMG....that will take a calculator and reading glasses to sort out. Geez.......this defeats the whole time saving point of the process. If you are technically inept enough to not be able to scan your groceries without an employee holding your hand, go to the regular checkout lanes!!! The people there have been trained to help the thinking challenged so you don't have to put the rest of us through your shambling, painful efforts.

I is rumored that I was once related distantly to Walt Disney by marriage. I didn't act fast enough or I mighta got me some of that "It's a small world" money...:)

I guess the opposite to that would be, "I'm a wild woman that will most likely jump your bones on the first date". Maybe it establishes a "light at the end of the tunnel" that makes you pursue them hoping for the day they will open up.

Psychologists say that women are more likely to link sex with emotional attachment as opposed to the physical mechanics of sex like guys do. If she lacking in sexual interest with you, it might point to a lack in emotional interest with you as well. That would explain the "love you but not in love with you" explanation.

Hanging on is only going to draw out the inevitable and make it more uncomfortable. I think you should cut out contact other than strictly "friend" stuff and move on. Cold turkey is difficult but you get over it faster and don't wake up a year from now realizing you're in the same position and he's moved on.

I agree with most of the list, but I also foot the bill for the date. I feel that if you ask her out you shouldn't be volunteering her bank account. Now, if she asks you out that's different. I'm kind of old fashioned when it comes to dating. I do the whole, "open doors, pull out chairs, open the car door, coddle to every desire, and pay for everything" mentality. Like I said though, if she asks me out it's on her dime.....even then not really but it's as close as it gets.

I'm here for a serious relationship, but what I am finding is that a lot of women are here for casual encounters. Kinda funny cause usually it's the guys that get labeled as being just out for sex. Maybe I attract the wrong type of women....I'm really not interested in a strictly sexual relationship. If the real deal ever comes along sex will be a part of it, but not the only part.
