Here is a little word game I came up with. After a few of mine, see if you can come up with a few of your own. Have fun.
*Hint...the end word is also another word spelled backwards.

Do you consider yourself Stressed?
Or do you have your just Desserts?

Is your vast wasteland of thoughts a Moor?
Or do you keep them in a Room?

Can you give out the correct Time?
OR do you allow yourself to Emit?

These are just a few...I will add more if you have troubles. Trust me, it took some time to find these words.

Fireflies Under The Willow

The sun is setting on the horizon
As she sits under the willow,
The clouds float pink and purple
Dancing like little pillows.
Fireflies blinking like fairies
Dodging among the leaves,
As the angel of light sits in peace
As she silently grieves.

The little angels who left her side
But spirits still remain,
They comfort and soothe her
Easing her sorrowful pain.
She feels their gentle presence
As she drinks her tea,
She will invite your company
Under the willow tree.

The fireflies constant blinking
Are like little flickering tealights,
That's why she sits under the willow
In the moonlit summer nights.
She seeks refuge and serenity
This, her gathering place,
Where the fireflies under the willow
Gently kiss her face.

Yesterdays Dreams, Tomorrows Love

All my dreams of yesterday
Are a thing of the past,
The love that was once there
Didn't seem to last.
But, somewhere down the road
With dreams I'm thinking of,
There may be a special someone
With tomorrow's love.

My heart was filled with love
Of those yesterday dreams,
But, things just seem to falter
Not quite what it seems.
The fairytales and fantasies
Of what love is supposed to be,
I know that tomorrows love
Is somewhere waiting for me.

They too, may have yesterday dreams
But that doesn't really matter,
What two people can rebuild
The past is all but shattered.
Just like a house's foundation
Tomorrow's love can grow,

Love's Domain

It may come once in your life
Or several time more,
You will know if it's true
You'll forget the score.
But, when it does hit you
Nothing feels the same,
One of the greatest feelings
Happens, in love's domain.

Kim, thank you for sharing that email. That is certainly true love. Kind of reminds me of the movie The Notebook. But yes, also reminds me of my poem If I Lost...Would somebody be dedicated enough to show that unconditional love to stick with you through sickness and in health.
