I think as guy's its like were preprogramed to want a woman, like biomechanical programming, you see how sexy she is in the photo or in the street, and you want her. But when you experience how difficult, how messy it is to actually be involved "living" with a woman, you don't want to be involved with a woman. The mechanics of my body and my desires want her, but in real life I don't want to be stuck in no living conditions with her. When your just stuck in a house, or a flat with her, with no where to go. Any guy what has experienced that knows what I'm talking about. What a conundrum. I love when she makes a mess.

Skepticalsoul Im not sure I can do physical therapy, my insurance wont cover that. I try light excersizes & stretches on my own but you are right the numbness never goes away. Gabapentin helps a lot but makes me sick to my stomach. I guess I'm still in the process of finding what wirks for me If it is sciatica...stretching is probably the best thing you can do. |

I started a thread about a year ago regarding the rules for friendships with the opposite sex when you are in a relationship. But I will add a slightly different angle to it What are your boundaries when it comes to interactions with Exes when you are in relationships. Is it determined by the comfort level of your present mate? What is acceptable and non acceptable and to you regarding your mate's interaction with their ex I firmly believe it is not right to ask friends to stop being friends so,, My rules/boundaries are simple: 1.Anyone in their life before I came I have no problem remaining in their life. 2. Any females in their life can interact in my presence, and should be able to embrace becoming our 'mutual' friend. 3. No new female friends. and 4. Any friends, female or male, who try to sabotage our relationship or cause drama between us has to go. Rule #3 will put a serious cramp in my fantasy life.

Here is an ongoing problem I have I start a new relationship.. I let the person know that I'm a active participating father.. my boys stay with me my ex comes and visits..them. Her and I have Financial Holdings together.. so her and I talk often.. We do things with our boys together even... we have a mature adult relationship that revolves around our children... I still support her financially.. Now at the beginning most women I meet think this is great and respect.. That I have a good relationship with my ex.. but as a little time goes by they somehow start to resent it.. I think it is largely due to the fact that they themselves don't have healthy relationships with their ex partners.. And the fact that I have a good working healthy relationship with my ex-partner tends to bother them... Amen to that, no1...
