Strategically making the cleavage clearly visible and prominent on nearly all the pics. |

Pretty much all of the above. And that weird thing they do with their hands...All bent and crooked pointing at their chest like "Hey check this out" kind of thing.
Oh, and pictures with another woman, looks like an old girlfriend. |

My biggest pet peeve with photos .. using old photos .. the site should delete all photos after six months and require a photo taken with proof it is current ..that would help to reduce the number of scammers .
