Yawning emptiness - basically just a picture and nothing else. Tells me they don't care about anything and that they are not serious about the whole thing...
And my biggest peeve: When people leave the site without deactivating their profile! |

Would be nice if profiles that have not been active for six months automatically become invisible. Logging in again returns the profile to view, so nothing is lost.

I am about 2 - 3 months on this site. The thing that make me suspicious of the messenger is when they start with sweet talk (Hello angel, sweety, gorgeous, etc.). Then there is the endless empty profiles, people want to have intimate encounters, etc. Also the words .... "Tell me more about yourself." It seems that people really don't read a profile, but look at pictures only. Some also need spectacles or glasses, because they can't really SEE the pictures. And yes, some of my pictures were taken in the UK, although I live in South Africa. I travel each year during July/Aug to the UK, as I have family there. It does not make my pictures fake ... it is part of who I am. For people with genuine profiles, it seems to be impossible to find a legit friend here. Right?

- no profile photo, no shirt, group photo, showing off big fish ewww - profile names with the number "69", words describing how big their wanker is, and any sexual innuendos - empty profile - no answer in marital status - looking for sex or intimate encounter ok that's all for now, but I'll be back if I see another profile that puts me off. |

I'm really put off by nudity/seductive poses on profiles. There's only two situations people would put that on their profile. Either they're a fake profile or they're just trying to get attention. I prefer when people show a bit of decency and show that they're a mature adult looking for an honest relationship. The second thing that puts me off is when people don't put much information in their profile or leave it blank. I'm looking for a relationship and "hi" doesn't really show me who you are or if you're worth sending a message to

I'm put off by an incomplete profile and those with no picture. If they cannot be bothered to complete the basics and include a photo then I don't believe they can be that interested in finding a partner, with so little effort applied on their part. |

Grown men with rabbit ears and noses.
Photos of their crotches. Men looking for intimate encounter. Men that are 20 years my junior. Men that are supposedly educated and can not spell or write a simple sentence. JUST BANANAS..... |
There are women here who are also looking for an intimate encounter, so since it's an available option, I think it's OK for men to put that if it applies. At least everyone is being honest!
Like most people I don't like profiles that have no information, but I think even worse than that are the profiles with hundreds and hundreds of words detailing exactly what they want and don't want - a bit like buying a car and describing all the extras you need so that the salesman can give you an accurate price! |

Men wearing Santa Claus suits or other costumes.
Men wearing women's clothing. Men holding fish - who am i dating the fish or the man, the same goes for cars. Images from different times in their lives - so you have to ask which one is most current? Facial close-ups that are scary to look at. Fuzzy out of focus pictures. |

Is it possible to have affairs on here ?

Loved all these posts. Everyone makes a good point.
My gripe is with women whose profile gives the impression that they are too good for you. They like the ballet, theatre and classical concerts, or they are the most accomplished world traveler. They try to eliminate potential suitors on the basis of tattoos, hygiene or smoking. All a bit precious. Of course, all the turnoffs mentioned by the others here! And, finally, those women who post Snapchat pics that remove the wrinkles and blemishes, sometimes adding a garland of blossoms, so they look utterly fake. What’s the point of artificially changing your appearance? |
My turn offs when reading a profile, if its even filled out, is a woman writing everything she IS NOT looking for. I like a woman who clearly states what she IS LOOKING FOR. A positive message is much more attractive to me.
Another peeve is when a woman messages me from outside my home state when her profile states she is seeking someone local to her. |

Pictures of people super far away so you really can’t see what they look like at all, or they are wearing hats and sunglasses, or even worse standing in a group of people...I don’t know who you are or who your friends are for that matter, you really don’t have any other pictures? Whoever said “people that are clearly lying about their age” ...I can’t stand that either or they are posting pics from twenty years ago...really? Also can’t stand people who claim they are single and looking for dating or romance but once you start talking to them it becomes obvious they are only interested in sex and are probably married as well. I mention in my profile that if you don’t live within a 100 miles of me don’t bother to message me if you expect me to reply since there is little to no chance we will ever meet, and my inbox is full of messages from people in other countries , if I wanted a naughty pen pal I would say so, learn how to follow direction...but hands down the absolute biggest turn off is the unsolicited dick pic, seriously...NO one wants to see that unless they ask, especially if it looks like a yam with tumors, gross!

seriously...NO one wants to see that unless they ask, especially if it looks like a yam with tumors, gross! A guy sent me his some time back..I felt sory for him..it looked like a hairless baby gerbil. |

I mean if your penis is truly magnificent, I guess maybe I can sort of understand wanting to show it off, but you had better be sporting a masterpiece between your legs and you had also better have done at least some basic grooming and landscaping before you start taking pictures, and even then, wait until someone asks to see it...but really how often is that the case? Ladies, we all know that nine times out of ten we end up being traumatized by pictures of these tiny misshapen, uncircumcised little worms resting in an unruly thatch of pubes and no matter how hard we try to forget, that which has been seen cannot be unseen
And how can I forget to mention the obnoxious profile pics taken using Snapchat filters, I don’t want to see what someone would look like with dog ears and a long pink slobbering tongue, grow up!

All of the above! Maybe it should be a requirement that you have a picture - only you, not a group and head and shoulders for the main pic.
