Topic: Some Things That Put you Off when Looking at Profiles? | |
---|---|
The profile is filled, except marital status says "No answer", which means married, to me.

Things that would make me think twice when looking for a friend or a partner is the attitude they display in their profile; like being negative and too sensitive about what other members say when they reply to their profile. I would think twice about even messaging someone who thinks they're all that and a bag of chips so they feel they can be rude to you. I would think twice about contacting a person who appears to have an issue about any and everything about a person who messages them. I basically would think twice about messaging someone who appears to create a profile only to be rude to people who message them. Stay clear of those type of people who complains about everything a member say. Those are the type that will most likely not find anybody because they think too much of themselves. I experience such a person recently.
Someone who is fed up with I'm better than you type people. |

I am very unphotogenic and I've never really mastered the art of smiling for the camera but at least you know my pic is real Things that put me off someone's profile? Mostly "no answer" and "I'll tell you later".

^^ very observant of you, Mike OT: No profile pic Thanks, Rosie. The play on this word was used in "Son of Dracula" (1943), starring Lon Chaney, Jr. Perhaps the OP knows of it. |

#1 Children in their photos
Too many pedophiles out there, take those photos off the site. Also. Profiles that say nothing but ask me later. I will not...next. |

Same here, nothing worse than a blank profile. It does not attract attention or the curiosity of wanting to look at their profile. Instant turn off.

Blank profiles are nearly as bad as those full of what they don't like, don't want, and won't do - all so very neagative!

I don't message or reply to profiles that list what the user is not looking for as opposed to one that says what the are seeking.
Lots of users state that their family or children come first. I pass on these as well. A cougar who favorites a man older than herself is laughable. I pass up blank profiles. I won't go off site after a first message. This is my policy not just on this site but even IRL. There are plenty other users who are better minded than the above types. |

Selfie in front of the mirror with a naked torso in the bathroom and in the background visible the toilet bowl. Such funny photos often happen in profiles of men.

Boobie pics. God how I hate those boobie pics. I hate them so much I print them out and file them.
