100% DISAGREE. Thank you for your input. Thank you for YOUR input. But you disagree that people are too lazy to form their own opinions? Or you disagree that Trump was classically a Democrat, but switched parties? Or that Obama did not say "the recession is over, no more extensions to unemployment"? Or that Trump just says whatever he feels, without information on the topic? At about 2 years old, a toddler learns the strength of the word "no" and goes through a period of saying "no" to everything. They eventually learn how to practice logic and evidence, and how to present counterarguments. Until that time, simply saying "no" for the 2-year-old works well. They simply say they disagree. ... of course, unless they were born rich, then unscrupulously go bankrupt in business a few times and continually screw investors, get a giant ego by surrounding themselves with yes men. Sometimes they even become president. |

Actually a large portion of Americans don't pay any taxes at all. The large corporations are paying the majority of the taxes. That's an interesting observation, do you have citations to back this up? I speculate that there are more corporations in the US making say, a billion dollars than there are individual citizens making a billion dollars, so it would make sense that corporations would be paying more than individuals. I believe that the reason why Dear Leader is so adverse to releasing his taxes is because his accountants have found enough tax loopholes to make sure HE is one of the "large portion" of Americans who did not pay taxes. I mean, if he was paying an inordinately large tax bill, he would have paraded his 1040 down Broadway. I know the argument is that "illegals don't pay taxes", but they aren't Americans though, right? I mean, even people on unemployment (max $20K a year) get taxes deducted from their checks. The tax burden in the US is balanced on the backs of the middle class, and that is the reason why the "middle class tax cut" is a great talking point for politicians on both sides, but is a fantasy |

Isnt that what a job is...when you WORK for someone as opposed to be self employed?
That means take what they offer or shove off. Someone else would love that job. |

Maybe I'm not so concerned with how much Trump pays in taxes because most people his age aren't paying taxes at all. They are getting social security and medicare. The ones who didn't bother accomplishing anything in life are also getting foodstamps and Medicaid. Isn't the reason people are so upset over the corporate tax cut is because they are living a life that depends on the tax $$ to support them? Because when a person is fine with people sitting home and getting tax $$ but upset that working people get a tax cut, something is terribly wrong. |

pensions are taxable
people 70 plus who lived during an age when they only had one or two jobs in a lifetime are paying tax ... IT is hypocritical for someone who doesnt pay any tax (something we would not know about a person without their volunteering it or showing tax records) to pretend to care about who is paying taxes or what 'taxpayer' money is spent on. if a billionaire is shirking tax, that would include them as well. |

Are you saying because a person doesn't have the same job all their life that they aren't capable of a retirement account?
A lot of people these days accomplish as little as possible. Just because you leave a company doesn't mean you have to spend your retirement money. Leave it or roll it over into an ira. It's sad we tax elderly people who have been successful and reward the f-ups. If one of those hard working senior citizens makes a mistake on taxes, they are penalized 50%. So most buy insurance to cover mistakes. Sad..you think they would be allowed to rest some after a life of working and paying taxes. |

I said people 70 or up have lived through times where it was much more common to have worked in only a couple of jobs and have retirement plans, therefore receiving pensions, and pensions are taxable. |

This post is about lazy democrats. So let me share what I think liberal lazinessis. The Philadelphia mayor who was dancing for Joy that Philadelphia. Is now a sanctuary city is responsible for the rape of a child because the police dept. in Philadelphia let a illegal immigrent go after being held for illegal activity. Even though there was a ice detainer on him. Not only are these jerks lazy they are dangerous and putting Americans at risk of danger. Hopefully after this mid term election , and we remove several of these liberal fools from their elected seats in congress than maybe we can start to hold them responsible for their unlawfull acts and throw them in jail. That's where many of them belong.for their

lazy: unwilling to work or use energy.
Notice, nothing in definition of lazy says anything about finance or paychecks, just 'energy' and 'work' work: activity involving mental or physical effort done in order to achieve a purpose or result. Notice, result does not HAVE to be a paycheck. considering the actual definition of the words, I doubt that being 'lazy' is a political position or the exclusive domain of any political affiliation |

Isnt that what a job is...when you WORK for someone as opposed to be self employed? That means take what they offer or shove off. Someone else would love that job. I totally agree. People have been moaning and groaning about their boss ( or company owner) make more money then them for years as opposed to what they make. I own a company and when I hire someone their pay is spelled out right in front of them when they are hired. They take the job. Do they talk a bit behind my back about what I make as opposed to what they make.. I'm sure they do. Actually I know they do. Maybe someday when it is them paying the corp. tax, a good part of their medical, their vacation pay, paid holidays, sick days, local taxes, equipment costs, liability insurance, payroll tax, facility lease, utilities, trucks, start up capital, loan repayments, ect, ect, they will understand a bit more about where that money actually goes....the money that they think I put in my back pocket. So do I make more money then them.. yes I do. Do I have much more at steak then them.. yes I do. So to all of those who complain I say these to things Don't take the job in the first place. better yet, you put all you have into a company ( like I stated above) and then you too can make more money. And you too can risk everything you have if it does not work out. I remember very well in my early business years, it was very tough to get established. Many weeks.. many.. I took no pay, but made sure my men were paid. As most business owners do. So try doing that for awhile. |
