Zionism is the Jewish people's worst enemy in my opinion.

Zionism is a political movement to establish the State of Israel. that is all it is. Just because the majority of Zionist are Jews, does not mean that Jews are Zionists.

Many Jews strongly oppose Zionism.

42% of the World Jews live in Israel. So you don't think there are 9% of the the Jews who don't live in Israel who support Zionism?

I have doubts about those figures. Not all Jewish bloodlines claim to be Jewish. I'm sure a lot of people support Zionism who don't live in Israel because of the propaganda spin about it.

..i can honestly say i don't know the religion of any of my friends..i either like the person or persons for the way they are or i don't ..my religious beliefs don't define me ..because i don't really have any..i just try to treat people deceant until they piss me off...

I usually try to treat people decent. I just like the Jewish people. I'm sure there are plenty of Jews I wouldn't like personally, but culturally, I find a lot to admire. I love the Jews man and you should too.

So you seriously believe that the State of Israel is the Jewish people's worst enemy. Wow, I have heard of twisting facts but that borders on the ridiculous. How can Israel be the Jews' worst enemy.

I don't know any Jews (and I know a lot) that oppose the State of Israel. There are some nutjobs in the ultra-religious sector who don't believe that Israel should exist until the Messiah comes, and there are a few long skirts/courdroy pant wearing lefties who are misguided but the mainstream Jewry certainly do support Israel. Israel is an incredible place and Jews, Muslims, Christians and others should be allowed to live in peace without the constant barrage of threats of violence and indiscriminate murders of innocent civilians.

Israel was not as you say "founded on terrorist acts" and believe me Israel was and is far far more humanitarian than its enemies are. Whilst the arabs living in Israel boast from their prison cells that they have murdered innocent babies (google the Palmer murders and the Fogel murders), Israel goes out of its way to behave with humanity and dignity.

And as we speak, Israel and America are plotting a plan to strike Iran and somehow make it look like they are defending themselves.

March 15th probably is a date to watch.

Like your post last week about the 67 war. You believe Egypt should have been inside Israel's territory before Israel fought back, you probably believe Iran should 'drop a load' before Israel defends itself.

I read the details about the 6 day war that I was sent to on wiki and it was clear that Israel had been planing an invasion for a long time.

Yes, but the 67 war did not simply involve Egypt threatening to wipe out Israel - Israel's enemies were ammased on every border and Israel was hugely outnumbered in manpower and weaponry. You did not really understand the wiki link about the 1967 war did you?

I really have my doubts about that, and I don't hold wikipedia up as absolute proof or as an authority. I did read a lot of that article and Israel had been planing to invade for quite a while.

And I'm not too fond of Israel's attack on the USS Liberty spy ship either. I suspect they knew exactly what they were doing even though they claim it was a mistake, I heard quite a different story.

Of course, that's your perogative - to believe what you want to believe. Others can make up their own minds and prejudice does not cloud their understanding of the facts.
