If they are surrounded by enemies on all sides, I would think that they made a bad choice to want to live there in the first place. When you move into a new neighborhood you don't start feuding with your neighbors right off and taking their homes away from them by force. So your solution is to limit the freedom of Jews and prevent them from going to Israel? Why didn't the Jewish people just integrate into the land peacefully with all the other people instead of pushing the natives out and taking their land via conquest and war? That's not how it happened. Once again, you are on the internet, how about using it? So they build a wall. WOW. A wall could easily be a self made prison, keeping people in. That is what the Berlin wall did. I would be very nervous if I was Jewish moving into a country surrounded by a wall. Very nervous indeed. Jews move there by choice. So do Christians, Muslims, atheists and probably just about major religion in the world. |

I also admire the Jews and their homeland in Israel. They have re-created a beautiful country there despite the hostility of their neighbors. It is a safe, welcoming, religiously tolerant, scientifically advanced, artistic oasis of refinement among an all to often backwards and regressive theocratic Arab governments. Israel is a jewel and a country which is worthy of emulation. I totally agree! Israel is a nucleus!!! |
