What you see is what you get i.e. WYSIWYG.
I consider myself to be one…a what you see is what you get type of person. Obviously I’m not totally myself. I do hold back my STFU’s, WTF’s etc but my comments and online persona is petty much who I am in real life. I know it may seem a weird thread/question but I read something on here earlier that made me wonder..How much of who you are is toned down and user friendly? |

Humm they make me tone myself down here for there are times what I really would say in person I can not here hehehehe...

ha. well i'd curse a whole lot more, and then my honesty results in me being 'mean' to others. which is unacceptable. D: I find your honesty refreshing..know what you mean about 'being too honest'. Everything in moderation is what I tell myself...

Well you can't curse and you can't tell anyone "bite me". So I would say I am toned down here.

That's what I was trying to get at.. I'm exactly the same. My comments are the way I feel but I'm careful of what I type only because I don't want to cause offense. I just try to find another way of putting it across before pressing ‘post’ .

I dont talk much in person. I think I go on and on a bit on here tho. Sometimes, I take the winding road, to get to my point, unfortunately, which is why I dont talk much in person. It's funny what impressions people have of themselves...I wouldn't have ever said that about the comments you've made. |

Consider the edit notation at the bottom of 99% of my comments.
True, I have only been here a short while but I edit 99% of my stuff as well..because I've either not read it through, had to think of another (less offensive) way of putting my point across or had to summarise what I've written. Even then my opinions are still what I would make in real life. |

Who I am is not set in stone, its adaptable and always growing

I am the same what you see is what you get and I don't hold anything back but the nice thing is I have nothing to gain or lose. I should probably tone down but too damn set in my ways too.
