We have to stop competing and develop self-love and self-respect as opposed to dimming our Light. Same thing for female singers, seems they have to get half naked anymore to attract enough attention just to sing..think Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift. Why? The voice improve with a draft? |

Where does she live?
My Mother took off when I was 8, lost to alcoholism...married 8 times, had 6 kids, abandoned all. You cannot live their life, even after they screw it up. But, you can do wonders with your own. |

Anxiety

Anxiety can take up a big portion of a persons life,
there are no limits. I do not suffer from it much, any more, as you age it is easy to see that you can extend that suffering exponentially by dwelling on it..for a long time. Now I wait, let life unfold before I start to stress, most times it evens itself out. I can see a big pharma presence for such a non- specific illness, one has only to say they have it. Though it is real, I find it manageable. |

When you send someone on M2 a
message, just beneath it, on the right, is the time they read the message, if they have read it. |

Menopause & HRT (Hormones)

DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor or expert. By all means educate yourself and consult a professional! I got to experience menopause twice and here is something they do not tell you. Went through menopause at 28 after a hysterectomy, then again in my 40's as the OTHER ovary stopped working, thought I was going insane as you can imagine, doctor said twas rare but it happened. He put me on hormones immediately as tests showed the total absence of hormones, had to get a monthly shot. So I said how long will I be on these hormones? He said forever. I stopped taking them immediately after maybe a year on them, high as a kite just after the shot, but no desire to be hooked up permanently. My system settled down after a few months and I never needed them again. So nice to be done with all that ;-) |

Unbelievable that one single man can take so much power and get away with it. You nailed it. NO one trusts the felon and the grab for power is real. One always suspects that whatever he does, it benefits his business empire. Hopefully the damage he does can be overturned when he leaves. |

Why do relationships break ? 'The saying "familiarity breeds contempt" has ancient roots, with origins traced back to Sanskrit texts and ancient Greece. While the exact first instance is debated, it appears in English writing as early as Geoffrey Chaucer's "Tale of Melibee" in the late 14th century. The core idea is that excessive closeness or knowledge of someone or something can lead to a loss of respect or even dislike, due to a greater awareness of flaws or a taking for granted.' Door #1 ;-) |
