Too bad, these aren't the best examples, because of the numerous cosmetic surgeries and bucket full of makeups. The media cannot provide you the best examples. Look around among us, among you. i don't think that means they are not beautiful, just fake... with the exception of cher, they are all very lovely they are average at best. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Also let's not forget airbrushing- many of the photos
we see in magazines are airbrushed to make people look "enhanced" and in some cases - totally different! ![]() |

How do I know ? I check websites made for/by women, they know who's cheating. |

Sorry to bust your bubble Atlantis....bt Michelle Pfeiffer is not real...there is not a line on her face, and her forehead is frozen...
she's had eyebrow lifts, possibly an s lift...and definitely uses botox...as well as collagen to infill lines, and plump out her lips... and is that Kim Basinger up top? She has had a full face lift... and they all have plenty of base, concealer, eye makup on... then add in the 'work' done by the photographers...notice the lack of lines on their necks?...how the texture of their skin is completely line and blemish free? Not a pore to be seen...not a line, a crinkle, or even a piece of skin out of place.. Susan Sarandon is probably the most authentic of all three. |

IMO, celebs are the worst role models for beauty. Not that they are not beautiful, but you shouldn't go looking inside a magezine for your own beauty and sexiness. You can be beautifiul and sexy at any age and you don't need a magezine to show how to be.

Please don't get me wrong...all three women have to watch everything they eat, everything they do...to remain in the fine physical form they are in...
they have earnt the right to be called sexy older women... you can plastic up till the cows come home....but their bodies are the effort of long hours working on them.. |

Susan Sarandon is probably the most authentic of all three. And it is Susan Sarandon alone among them that I have remained in love with over all these years. The others are just sex-pots.

First, i get busted for saying they are fake. Then I try to say, that not all as fake and I post examples. Then I get booed for that. |

I think (hope) that sexy is an attitude! Its all about how you feel about yourself and has very little to do with age. Being comfortable in your own skin and confident is "very sexy!" Just my opinion - and I am over 60.

I just am not so up for tearing these women to shreds... they have had work...but they ALSO do work, to remain in such great physical shape... in my mind they are sexy older women....just not the ordinary everyday variety.. Eileena's mum...is the only real example of an ordinary everyday sexy older woman.. |

I will never forget an interview Dick Cavett did with Sophia Loren. She was at least in her 60s, and she still exuded sensual femininity from every pore, and it all got through the TV cameras and the TV screen. I can only imagine what it must have been like to be in the same room. (I think she was intentionally flirting a little). Cavett was not quite reduced to a stammering bowl of jello, but he was obviously smitten.
