If God is supposed to know everything, and is supposed to have created us, how is it he didnt know we would become sinners?

Surely he must have created us to be sinners?

If he made us what we are, then how is it possible that anything we do is a sin?

We apparantly fell from grace with God from the get go. If God does exist and he did create us, then i blame him for anything we do wrong. Either that, or there is nothing that we can possibly do wrong in his eyes.

Well according to Christians, you can do anything wrong that you want to. Christ already died for all the sins ever commited.

Perhaps there is no god and never has been.

I think God created us and then let go. We have free will. That's why I don't believe we can pray for good weather or that "God was with the Orlando Magic when they won in overtime."

Free will cannot be the answer to why we sin though because God must have known what we were going to do with this free will.

I was told that because I'm Jewish I will go to hell for not accepting Christ as my saviour. My answer is simply that it says in the Ten Commandments that I should honor my father and mother. To change religions would be to ignore that obligation.

No one has yet to offer a salient response to that assertion.

Most argue that good and evil (Satan) are at odds with our behavior. I think it's simply that God let go and does not have total omnipotence. He may know that we are evil, but he does not intercede. If he can intercede, the fact that Priests molest kids means that God is capable of evil, which I don't accept personally as plausible.

The real problem to me is religion. It's a man-made mechanism of control. How many wars are we to endure so we can validate ourselves by the forceful establishment that our religion has the greatest level of veracity?

It's totally antithetical to the spiritual basis of God.

My dad taught me to read between the lines in religious doctrine and look for the real message of how to live. Treat your fellow man/woman gently. And, most of all, ignore the borish behavior of the other people at church/temple/mosque/whatever.

Or I say what about all the islanders who are never told about Jesus, some "smart" Christians will then say well if you never knew then you would still go to heaven . . . THEN I SCREAM AT THEN WHY DID YOU TELL ME THEN YOU SOB!!!!!!

If God made us in his image than he is as faulty as the rest of us, he as hatred, joy, jealousy, forgiveness, vengeance, love ect like we do, ain't we his children and ain't children like their parents.

So God puts us on this earth and says - you will never see me or hear me but you MUST believe!!!!

I think that if he really is a forgiving and loving god then he will love and forgive me if I don't truly believe since there are so many different theories and religions. I'm scared out of my mind that I am going to choose the wrong one.....because then I will burn in hell for eternity........
