where life seems like it is the biggest joke ever told and your just waiting for the punchline??????? yep! Couple days ago I had one of those days..felt like I was in a twighlight zone and felt out of sorts all day...just was a very off day and I could of broke into tears at any moment and had to fight it at one point when I was at school in one of my most difficult classes...not a good day..makes ya appreciate the days when they do feel a bit "normal" LOL |

Love of animals...

I was raised on a hobby farm and had a mix of pretty much everything..I cant wait to be able to get in the country again..I want chickens, goats, sheep, rabbits, pigs again(pot belly pig)..all my animals are pets...:)
So, looking for a man who loves animals and wont mind the country....any out there? (SINGLE men)

i dont have any animals but i did when i was younger. we had a dog that was part cockapoo he thought he was human especially when we would have his hair cut the neighbor down the street was a dog groomer and she would give my dog his hair cuts and a cute little mustach and when i would bring him home he would do his little dances. it was cute. we put him to sleep when i was 12yrs old. he had 2 heart attch in front of me and the 3rd was in front of my mom and me and she knew right then what the problem was.. she ask my brother nlaw to take him to the vet to put him down my mom was never really a fan of dogs or cats but when my older sister was a baby my mom had a dobi. that was her dog. she was so protective she wouldnt bark but she would go up to my mom and growl and let her know someone was outside. she was so protective she wouldnt even let my dad in the house...LOL (GOOD DOG!!) my sister and her hubby has always had labs they had one dog that they had when my nephew was little untill he was 14yrs. albert was a really good dog but he was having sezuire wher the meds wernt working so they had to put him to sleep.. my nephew was devistated it was like loosing his big brother.. there is a pic of my nephew riding on the back of the dog when he was about 5yrs old. and they have a pic with him wearing a bandana and glasses.. he was a very special dog.. they had a few others the one they had before the one they had now. she developed cancer in her leg and it was hard to even think about puting her down. but before she got sick she would sit by you if you wernt feeling good she sorta like a medical dog.. when i had my fistual put in for my dialysis i was at my mom siting on the couch and the dog just sat by myside i have been thinking about getting a medical dog. Sorry you all went through so much medically with your pets...its tough to lose a pet, they become family |

okk, A while back I started a topic of pets and love of animals that went off well, but somehow got lost eventually, so I am gonna try to restart one again..please join in and comment, share pics, post advice, questions..anything that relates to animals and your interest in them... I am A Vet Tech student and currently have 2 pugs, Winn-Dixie and Charlie and a turtle named Franklin :) ..... Not that it's a bad name or anything, but why did you name your dog after a grocery store? LOL Well, We call her just Dixie, but her Technical name is Winn-Dixie.. Dixie just turned 5 and I got her for my sons bday when she was just a few weeks old...both my son and his sister had watched the movie, "Because of Winn-Dixie" at school and thats just the name that was brought up, so thats what was decided on... :) |

If hind site wasnt so 20/20 and we knew b4 hand the mistakes(the big ones) would result in what they did and we could not make those decisions we once did....(of coarse some mistakes are overall good in our learning, but I mean the BIG ones) LOL (like marrying my Ex) BUT I dont regret my kids at all...
