we have a HUGE gothic style place with turrets and pool tables.. there’s a juke box with EVERY tune you can imagine! it's a lil rustic but VERY homey! pull up a chair in front of the cozy hearth on cold winter nights or do laps in the indoor heated pool! we got it ALL!! hey.. even a velcro wall with a bungee harnesses you can bounce and toss people at!! 
drinks are ALways free and we encourage you to serve yerself! so come on in.. kick back.. and enjoy an 'evening out'

watched Last Seen ep 1 with Patrick Brammall
Police dispatcher Ian Ridley's daughter Maggie disappeared years ago. He receives a call, believing it's her, and embarks on a relentless quest to find her and reunite his family, disregarding consequences. Last Seen is an Australian thriller television miniseries and although an interesting take on a kidnapping.. not very original in it's overall depiction.. although I'm a fan of Patrick as an actor.. I feel his talents are wasted in this series.. |

watched The Best you Can 2025 with Kevin Bacon, Kyra Sedgwick & Judd Hirsch
fun fact.. Kevin and Kyra are married in real life.. Stan Olszewski, a security guard foils a home robbery attempt at Cynthia Rand's residence. A charged friendship develops starting with late-night humorous texts. Their deepening bond shakes up both their lives. IMDb gives this a 6.3.. I give it an 8.. it was fun and entertaining.. and knowing Kevin & Kyra are actually married brought realism to the movie.. |

Awe thank you so much gf... It has been a wild day for sure... I really do appreciate the Bday wishes.. My daughter brought me a Bunt Cake & a candle... then whisked me off for eye surgery.. So I have been napping since I got home... MO & Slim thank you oh Slim not belated it was today

Just saw something on the tube about "Montreal smoked meat". Ever tried it? Looking it up it seems very pricey. Yup.. and I LOVE the stuff.. I get some every grocery run.. not that pricey.. if you buy it and make yer own sandwich withOUT rye bread it's not expensive.. rye bread is costly.. but without it costs me about $2 each which includes the pickle'n bread.. mind you.. depends on where you get it too.. prices are increasing tho.. but I still get to have about 6 sandwiches a month.. more if the really pricey stuff goes on special.. but the flavor is the same no matter the brand, IMO.. |

Just thought I would drop in this morning... for a few.. Today is Arrg day... time to get my right eye surgery over with... Can't wait to see if I can put the glasses away... 
Anywho have a few things I need to do while waiting on my daughter to get here..

My parents want to sell everything they own, so that they can enjoy their old age and leave us with no inheritance. Do you think this is Fair??? thoughts please!!! absolutely.. they earned it.. why not enjoy spending it.. that's what I plan ta do.. my kids were financial drains growing up.. yes, it was my choice to want kids, but no one prepares you for just how much it'll cost to clothe, feed, educate, keep a roof over their heads, not to forget hydro, cable, car loans, school trips... and the list goes on.. so why SHUD we leave our money to'em.. haven't we spent enough on them already?? I say.. I earned it.. plus I'm renovating my home withOUT their help?? why shud they get all that cash?? I shud be allowed to spend it without worrying about hurting their feelings AFTER I'm gone.. |
