After thinking about your situation I recalled hearing the following and thought it apropos. Hey if you don't someone else will.

Back in 1970 the city took possession of an old abandoned bldg. downtown. The city immediately demolished it, grounds paved the grounds and installed a fence with an opening wide enough to accommodate 2 way traffic left in 1 side. Btw, the lot held 120 cars.
Within a week: a toll collector, small shed, sign stating lot rules and fees appeared. The charge per vehicle started at $1.00/hr. discounted to $5.00/day with an additional discount if used for the week, resulting in a charge of $20.00 for weekly parking. All in cash I might add.
As street parking was metered and the nearest available parking lot was 8 blocks away you can see where there was an advantage for everyone who worked downtown on a daily basis to use the lot.
Things went along smoothly for the next 25 years, actually it was hard to imagine the rates never went up and the same smiling face never missing a day.
To everyone's dismay, One morning there was no attendee to be found, nor for the remainder of the week. This raised concern with all, including the mayor and right down to the city's comptroller's office.
THe Mayor began making inquiries...seemed the head of parks recreation and affairs dept. had no control over the lot, nor did DPW, Housing authority, finance, budget or maintenance. No one could account for the employee...in fact no one even knew his name...nor could anyone account for any of the collected parking fees.
No one that is, except 1 person lounging on a beach in Cancun sipping Mai-Tai's.

Charge them a "SURCHARGE" on top of the .75 per page. Oh about $1.50, if they ask tell em it's mandated by new rules and regulations instituted after the first of the year. You'll be surprised as to the fact they'll pay with no issue.

Oh and be sure to raise the rates quite frequently in fact

When mingle asks for the pic. Press the Choose file button (mingle2 window)
the Mac finder screen will automatically drop down.
browse to the file on the Mac where the pic. Is located, scroll till pic is found ( hopefully they know what file they saved the pic. In) that's Wanted.
Highlight that one. Press choose button.
That selection will then show up next to the choose file button on the mingle2 screen.
Press upload photo button, done deal.
Simple.

Shouldn't be any problem, when it asks for pict. To download, open file photo is in, pick it and hit okay.
The only issue that may exist is: the pict. Maybe to big (as in bit size) use either a diff. Resolution or just resize it to fit the perameters. Possibly cropping it would solve the issue as well.

what I'm stating regarding the DWI's is what's going on here in NYS at the present time. From what I've observed in the recent years is what takes place and has managed to become accepted elsewhere soon becomes the law of the land.
In NYS it's all about the $$$ and power and those in power are gonna squeeze the rest of us for all the $$$ they can.
