is it rude to tell someone that the picture he or she is using on whatever site isn't good? or that he or she could do better? i'm talking pictures of themselves of course. i'm pretty sure i'm going to get: 'i don't give a **** what you think.' but i'm the one looking at it, dear. o.O

Here might be a good acid test! What are/is my motive(s) behind such an action? Why do I feel compelled to micro manage another's life? Will anyone be hurt by pressing the issue? Will anyone be hurt by leaving it alone? Think back to your own rebel years, did criticism of any kind mean any thing or do any good? JMO

I know you've seen the way some people are offended by just words in the forums. If the person with the bad picture is not one of those people, then tell them what you think. If you think they may be one of those highly offended people, then maybe not a good idea.

That can go for any site. There will always be people who are set off easily and there will be people who don't get offended easily.
