Using the reasoning that homosexuals can't help that they are attracted to other men, then pedophiles shouldn't be imprisoned because they can't help that they are attracted to children. I'm sure that quite a few murderers will tell you that they couldn't help that they killed some people. You may not choose the way you feel, but you can choose to act on those feelings or not. truer sp ck words were never spoken good job Can I ask why you care what homosexuals do? What has it to do with you? And you never answered my question. If homosexuality is a choice, do you have the ability to choose it. Would you be as able to date a man as a woman? If not, there is no choice. I thought you said you read the topic?? I did. Some chick got her panties in a twist because gender dysmorphic individuals may invade her potty. Then of course the rest of the baboons jumped on the wagon to exhibit their ignorance of the differences between homosexuals, transgenders, and pedophiles. That about sum it up? Listen I do not feel that I should have to tolerate a man in the womans restroom... nor my children.... call me IGNORANT, CLOSED MINDED, OLD FASHIONED, or whatever u feel is the appropriate term... but the fact is that it is wrong..... like I said it is not right.... no matter how u like to phrase it... some things just need to stay as they are.... MEN DON NOT BELONG IN A RESTROOM WITH WOMAN.... OR CHILDREN.... LIKEWISE WOMEN IN A BOYS LOCKER ROOM OR RESTROOM EITHER... I AM NOT DISCRIMINATING.... a transsexual is not, strictly speaking, a man. Now what?

either way it is up to other to prove but in this issue one can't prove the evidence does not exist...if it does then it's easy to prove she is not once again perpetrating an lie... then how can you say it is so if the proof does not exist are you the almighty one the holder of all that is true no not at all...I do not decide what is true, the facts do that...and if the proof does not exist then it is merely an uneducated opinion show the facts you said there is no proof if there is no proof what facts do you speak of I'm not the one who made the claim that homosexuality is not a choice...it is up to her to provide the factual basis of her claim... Hey, I know! Why don't we ask a homosexual. Seems to me they would be the only people in a postion to know. If you aren't one, then you dont' know whether it is a choice or not. So stop acting like you do.

Well said. Not!!!! Homosexuality between adults is not a crime. It is their own dam business. I guess to you folks homosexuality is a crime then??? Come on lets move into the 20th century here. I could give a dam about what 2 concenting adults do in the privacy of there own home.......................but when two males want to take it into the womens locker room in front of my daughters we have a serious problem I don't think the topic was about legalizing sex in public bathrooms. Or did I miss something?

I replied to a specific post you are adding nore to it than is there. I am not homophobic, I don't care what adults do in private. However, I do worry about an indivdual who is so confused about thier sexuality that they need to change thier identity being in a public bathroom, reserved for the opposite sex. Oh I better add my defination of "male" & "female" Male = x&y chromosones Female = x&x they day is coming when we will have to have a test to determine sex on our national ID card. That may end your right to decide, or even to debate it. and then the gender dysmorphics will be vindicated.

Homosexuality is not an illness. and of course you have proof that it is not an illness with that there is proof of it being natural...or can just tell by turning the sound down and watching body language...or is it from one of your other talents... could anyone show anything anywhere other than a religious backed item ] that shows homosexuality is wrong anyone your here are you not....if the human race was homosexual then none of would be here...and to me that is wrong.... so every time you have ever had sex it was to reproduce?

I haven't read the whole thread but being a woman who has peed in the mens room cause the line was shorter,I have no problem for the gender confused coming into the ladies room.We have stalls for privacy and I'm sure they will not be asking you to hold up their skirt for them.Get a grip America.When my son goes to the mens room,I stand outside the door and if he isn't out in five minutes I go in!! PS pedophiles are warped peeps.Lets not put everyone who has different sexual tastes or issues into the pedophile category.

Listen, yes, people have the right to go pee..... and people have the right to not get other peoples convictions morals and beliefs thrown on them. This is all about forcing(since there is someone who likes to gripe about being forced into something) beliefs on others and pushing an agenda that is unpopular onto america, it has nothing to do at all with giving the confused a place to pee. killing america one day at a time, from within.

This is all about forcing(since there is someone who likes to gripe about being forced into something) beliefs on others and pushing an agenda that is unpopular onto america, it has nothing to do at all with giving the confused a place to pee. killing america one day at a time, from within. Talk about taking things to a whole nuther level. If people would let other people live their lives without thinking that others are breaking down the 'whole nations moral base" then we could all just get along. How the hell is anyone's sexual or gender preference any concern of anyone else?? So what if they have a unisex bathroom. Gender transfering people are just trying to make themselves and others more comfortable with them by wanting to have their own space. Like I said earlier on this post, transgender people have been utilizing the restroom for the gender they are presenting publically for a long time and noone even knew it. So what is the big deal now?

whats the difference between them or a lesbian in the locker room and i don't usually shower with other peeps even at the gym.In most gym locker rooms there are some private changing stalls and i'm sure the trans gender crowd won't be changing in the open so you need to calm down....I've seen a penis before and as long as they aren't waving it around yelling"any takers"i could care less.maybe they should have a "squeamish prude"room.

Homosexuality and transgendering do not make people criminals, criminal mindset make people criminals and they come in all backgrounds and sexual orientation, there is no special tendencies because they are transgendered.

i've absolutely no problem with this...kind of like jax. a person who believes they are of the feminine gender should be able to use the women's room. what do you do when they are post-op and have feminine equipment (or male in the reverse)?

There are usually changing stalls, etc. People are not walking around with genitals and boobs hanging out. And who cares if you look, anyway. It doesn't hurt anyone

Once again, Very first post said: Bill 23-07 adds “gender-identity” to the current Non-Discrimination Law, and will allow males who self identify themselves as females to have open access to ALL women’s and girls’----- (restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms, and showers).----- In other words, a male teacher or student will be able to use the female restrooms and locker rooms if he thinks he is a female. YOU DO GET NAKED IN THE SHOWER RIGHT???

If there are men, like Michaael, or women like Megan posing as women or men, yet married with children and a heterosexual orientation. Why should they be allowed in the womens showers? Even though to me, they already show signs of mental instability! Its about privacy, not homosexual behavior! Is it???
