Using the reasoning that homosexuals can't help that they are attracted to other men, then pedophiles shouldn't be imprisoned because they can't help that they are attracted to children. I'm sure that quite a few murderers will tell you that they couldn't help that they killed some people.

the thing is, some people lack the intelligence to discern. It's sad really, to go through life seeing only in shades of black and white. They need to make up all of the rules in advance and defend them vigorously so that they will never be in the position of actually having to think.

Can I ask why you care what homosexuals do? What has it to do with you? And you never answered my question. If homosexuality is a choice, do you have the ability to choose it. Would you be as able to date a man as a woman? If not, there is no choice.

I choose to either act on my feelings or not to. I care about what homosexuals do because they are determined to force their lifestyle down our throats. They scream the loudest for tolerance, however they are some of the most intolerant people around. They are only tolerant of people that believe the way that they do.

There is no valid comparison here. Adults having sex with adults is noones business. Adults having sex with children is everyones business.

If a person is sexually excited by the same sex they are bi or homosexual. This is not a choice, you are attracted and sexually excited or you are not. I know that I am not bi sexual or homosexual because I can look at a womans naked body all day long and feel absolutely no sexual desire. I believe a woman's body is beautiful artistically but I feel no urge to do her. I look at a man's body, not even naked and I am attracted so I know I am heterosexual. I sure as hell do not want someone telling me who I can have sex with so I will respect others rights to have sex with whom they choose as long as both parties are adults and willing.

As for the bathroom thing, as long as they keep the women and men's restrooms also, I do not care about the unisex restrooms. I have used one before but was by myself in there so nothing embarrassing happened.

To answer your question about whether or not being homosexual is a choice, I have no idea. The choice comes in acting out those urges.

I am a mother as well. Are you people unaware that pedophiles are frequently same-sex predators? Do you propose keeping ALL people out of restrooms? When you go into a locker room or restroom you know nothing about the other people in there. They could be rapists, murderers, robbers, etc. How do you keep them out? A few gender dysmorphics are not going to bother anyone.
