I replied to a specific post you are adding nore to it than is there. I am not homophobic, I don't care what adults do in private. However, I do worry about an indivdual who is so confused about thier sexuality that they need to change thier identity being in a public bathroom, reserved for the opposite sex. and that post compared homosexuality to child molesting and murder saying one is as bad as the other reread what you said well said to |

Using the reasoning that homosexuals can't help that they are attracted to other men, then pedophiles shouldn't be imprisoned because they can't help that they are attracted to children. I'm sure that quite a few murderers will tell you that they couldn't help that they killed some people. You may not choose the way you feel, but you can choose to act on those feelings or not. Well said. this is totally ridiculous who is anyone to say what two consenting ADULTS do and to compare a child molester to a homosexual is a misdirection of attention anyone that preys on children or the unwilling should be prosecuted for it they is an age for consent maybe those that persecute those that are attracted to the same sex do so because in reality that is how they try to keep themselves from acting on their feelings after homosexual behavior was illegal in nazi germany but read up on the high ranking german military officials and maybe a few in congress past and present here in the states just a thought but hey what do i know |

The proof of homosexuality not being a choice is inside each of us
then tell me why a man can get married to a woman, have kids and then turn gay ....how could he get it up if he was not attracted to women..I can agree that homosexuality is not a choice...it is an illness but it is a choice to act out on the perversion.. maybe he was surpressing his real feelings because of the social bigotry around him and got married to try to distract him and others of his true feelings if the hatred of others because they are different would stop the world would be a much better place if he did as you suggested then your agreeing it's a choice.. I honestly believe that like many other illnesses it is an illness that the root cause needs to be found so that they can be cured...there is no hatred in my belief and my belief is as strong as those who believe the condition is natural as there is no proof on either side...if it was natural why has there been no discovery of that as we have in the x and y of the male and female chromosomes.... |

Well said. Not!!!! Homosexuality between adults is not a crime. It is their own dam business. I guess to you folks homosexuality is a crime then??? Come on lets move into the 20th century here. I don't believe that young children would be exposed to sexual acts in these locker rooms plus I would imagine there would still be ladies and mens locker rooms to use for those not into combined nudity. It would not bother me to use a unisex locker room as I do not get nude in front of strangers anyway whether they be male or female, I change in the bathroom stall so I could use either one. |

This law was passed in Maryland... I believe just in Montgomery county... but what were they thinking... If I am in the gym locker room (or whatever) I would not want a MAN dressed as a WOMAN in there with me... when is enough enough!!!! Bill 23-07 adds “gender-identity” to the current Non-Discrimination Law, and will allow males who self identify themselves as females to have open access to ALL women’s and girls’ restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms, and showers. In other words, a male teacher or student will be able to use the female restrooms and locker rooms if he thinks he is a female. BILL WAS PASSED TUESDAY, November 13, 2007 |

It seems that the problem as in the original post is about pre-operative transgender females...that being "women" with male body parts. My opinion as stated earlier is that if it looks like a d!ck, then it should stay with the other d!cks. untill its safely removed and tossed away with the rest of the garbage...lol 
....no, Im not a man-hating d!ke...I love men...think they're tons of fun....everyone should have one of their own.

Homosexuality is not an illness, silly man. Homosexuality is an alternate form of sexual attraction. It has been around throughout the ages. People find the same sex sexually attractive, so what??? As long as it is adults and willing, why should we care??? I say stay the hell out of my bedroom so I will do the same for others.
