Well, I'm up to taking down the Halloween decorations by that time.. since Halloween is in Oct.

Then I go down to the food store and buy the Milky Ways and Reese's peanut butter cups for 1/2 price ( after holiday sale)

Ahhhhh I think I see the confusion. In the Philippines they celebrate Pangangaluluwâ which lasts from Oct 31 - Nov 2

We celebrate the arrival of St Nicolas on Nov 16, some areas celebrate St Maarten on the 11th.
Apart from that, no festivities in November.

As an international site...everyone celethings different. The Philippines incorporated there "honor of the the dead" with Halloween. Christmas is celebrated differently. Even the origin of Thanksgiving came from the US but celebrated everywhere.

Mexico has a "day of the dead" as well, and we even celebrate Cinco de Mayo here too

The Philippines have adapted modern Halloween (Oct 31) with their celebration of the dead...Nov1-2. I think this is where the confusion comes from in this topic
