sorry, I was being serious with the answer. note....no emoticons to express some feeling. As was I...but I'M NOT sorry about it. Note: no emoticons to express some feeling, either. Sorry to disappoint (no1), but it won't be getting anymore attention from my part. "it"?!? |

Many men are celebrating being left alone by bitter man haters. ?!? I'm not bitter. I simply REply and REspond to others, in kind. If my REplies seem "bitter", one should consider the originating source for my ability TO REspond, in kind. "Old"? Ahhhhh...there you may have me. But, if it's meant to be an insult, it didn't work. Because I've spent my life enjoying the world around me and happily residing within it, I'm proud of MY 54 years. "Man hater"? Nahhhh. I love men; I just don't enjoy passive-aggressive people and/or misogynists. But, just for sh**s and giggles, assuming for a minute that I AM a "man-hater", how - exactly - would that presented-as-fact statement have an effect on you?!? Since the post to which I'm REplying has stood for close to 12 hours, now...I trust my REsponse to it, made in kind, will be equally A-OK as well. |

There are lots of passive-rage-filled, man haters who believe they are ready for relationships. Sorry you felt like you related to my post to Mr Scoob. (Mr Scoob. sorry, I was being serious with the answer. note....no emoticons to express some feeling.) (Me. It was a cool response. Many men are celebrating being left alone by bitter man haters.smokin) Good to read, your claim of not being a bitter, old hag. Self-esteem is a good thang, no? |

My post was aimed at who????? This is AT LEAST the third time you've *followed* me into a thread, either quoted me directly OR referenced something I've posted, and while directly quoting me OR referencing something I've said, made a presented-as-fact statement about "bitter old man-haters". Guess you missed the part where I stated that I'm not fond of "passive-aggressive people", in addition to not enjoying misogynists, especially while on online *dating* sites. Again, I ask, specifically of you: IF it was true that I - or any other woman, for that matter - was a "man-hater", how exactly does that affect YOU? |

That pop come in tuna flavor? The mans old lady went to out shopping. When she got home, her man asked what she was spending his money on. She said it was for his pleasure. Says, she was in the drug store looking for douches. She came across a line of flavored varieties. Says, there was cherry, strawberry, vanilla, just all kinds. He asked her what flavor she bought. She say,"Tuna." |

I have tried everything to keep a man happy. Doing all the housework, cooking for them, shopping for our food, and helping them with work, and of course in the bedroom. It seems that the more I do the more they want and when it's not enough they abuse. I have thought of course it must be the wrong guy so I have tried changing the guy for a different guy but it's always the same in the end. So what is the secret to keeping a man happy? Less is more; one only chases that which recedes; get a backbone and use it- or some such nonsense; do you want them taking you for granted or fearful of losing you? |

I still don't get it, which men are we talking about?
Our background influences our behaviour quite a lot. Are we talking about muslim men? or perhaps some sort of secular turks or middle east guys? or perhaps normal western world men? |

Have only read a few of the first posts and the last page so forgive if this has been suggested already....Do you have a male friend to talk to about this...someone who knows you and your situations well enough to maybe advise in a way that you will find constructive?

Sweetie, I just read something tonight on how to keep a man attracted to you for a very long time. I've learned that they have this code word "cool girl" that they supposedly use which has so many different meanings behind it. I was pretty interesting not to mention, the more I read, the more I had to agree on all the reason's why they leave good women like ourselves. I will get the website & give it to you or at least the 5 things he has listed on "Do's & Dont's"

all I'm saying is if you put some rubber band around the base of my privates and stick your fingers where the sun don't shine you're getting slapped and I'm gonna go out and get drunk and try to make sense of it all because some of you just don't, don't make any sense.
