again,, congress is not getting exempted from the exchange
its RIGHT IN THE WORDING of the bill, which many on both sides don't bother to read or research as fervently as they do the opinions of their favorite pundits,,, most don't like to spend money on their needs , don't LIKE paying rent or mortgate or car notes,,etc but realize its the reality of handling ADULT responsibilities Im not HAPPY to pay a tax, but gladly will be to contribute to being in a country where fewer people are having their lives turned around due to illness or having to choose between their medicine or their food,,,, I know, its a far cry from the more patriotic 'what am I gonna get from it attitude',, but its still the attitude Im keeping,, |

Prejudice and sentiment apart,what do you like the most about Obamacare package? I like no one being turned away I like no caps or limits on coverage based upon illnesses I like AFFORDABLE options for decent healthcare for the less wealthy I like that preventive care is covered I love that the insurance company is held accountable for spending dollars on HEALTHCARE in the form of rebates when they are spending on their overhead instead I like that the more people are on the exchange, the less excuse the insurance industry has to raise rates |

I have only one question to ask if Obamacare is so wonderful. Why have members of Congress repeatedly wanted to be exempt from have to fall under Obamacare's cloak? Why would they not welcome having this new coverage, instead of demanding that they can be exempted from it? Any answers? Not to mention why has the White House given over 1,200 exemptions? It's so wonderful everyone should have it. Why isn't Obama at one of the exchanges yet? I guess when he said if you like what you currently have you can keep it he was talking about himself and only himself......... |
