Started a new painting, not finished!
But I'm very happy with the grass and water, the way they blend over from moonlight to the reflection from the fire... I was a tad concerned about that, but it worked out nicely.

So so beautiful!

The grass and reflection work is stunning. It would be intriguing to create a 3D effect with the moon and light space surrounding It. It would pull you in from that magnificent reflection. But then again, I could be missing the point all together.

The middle portion is a bit puzzling. Seems like the three little trees are floating in a wash of blue, set in a background of enormous trees. The wash of blue seems disconnected; not blending well. Something not right in the middle.

You have great talent for it. My interpretation would look like stick figures.

Wow. The fire side is breathtaking. I like those trees better.

And the moon. Stark. They stand out beautifully.

Tulip, it's not done yet. There will be more defined trees, a large one in the middle. But it has to dry first, I got carried away, couldn't wait with the grass and water. Now I can't get to it without ruining the water and grass.
Maybe I'll set up yet another painting while I wait. I suddenly feel like painting again, and don't want to wait.

I believe it's a rare talent and you definitely possess it.
