Thank you all! Started a new painting, not finished! But I'm very happy with the grass and water, the way they blend over from moonlight to the reflection from the fire... I was a tad concerned about that, but it worked out nicely. 
I love the way the moon and fire illuminates the water

I feel almost reluctant to paint in the rest, as that will be more detailed. I'm sure it'll work with the rest, but in a way I don't want to take away from the nice fuzzy softness of the grass and water. I sure as heck will apply that fuzzy feel again in other paintings! Never done so before, but I LOVE it! |

Places a suggestion in the suggestion box: paint in some people from Mingleland toasting marshmallows. Actually, a lady in red would add some nice contrast to the rest of the painting. N'est ce pas?

Well ... I had in actual fact been thinking about painting in a woman, and if I would, she would be wearing a dress. Kind of like the previous one of what looks remarkably like me in a red dress 
But I ain't entirely sure yet. Maybe I'll do two ladies in red, roasting marshmallows whilst discussing sexy men. Yeah, I could live with that! (God, now I want to do a naughty painting with a sexy man chained to a tree... wide muscular chest... hot dang it woman, you're putting ideas in me head, lol) |

I knew you'd like that He||, I might like that myself I never considered myself that kind of woman, but lately I'm beginning to wonder if I wouldn't enjoy it. I don't like submissive men, so let's make it the Alpha male that drank too much when we were roasting marshmallows and we tied him up. Then he wakes up, chained to a tree, fuming mad ... we rip of his shirt ...
Oh yeah... I could definitely go for that! We would have to draw straws as to which of us gets to unzip his jeans to free ... erm ... him. Lol. |
