Im single because I cant find someone who is honest in a relationship!!!

I just am. Honestly really thinking on it, perhaps I am too picky and maybe what I am seeking is unreasonable on some level this day and age, but it is what it has to be and I am not going to change what I am looking for and settle for anything less than what I feel is right.

Of course, I am always open to the though someone could come along and make me rethink how I feel about everything.



That is always a challenge these days isn't it? Don't let it stop you though. There are people out there who do still value honesty and integrity and are seeking the same thing. Just don't settle for anything less.

Oh yes it is a challenge! Even the pettiest things Im finding people are just not honest about. I dont know if people are afraid of being judged or what...it gets frustrating though. I havent let it stop me from trying to find a good relationship. I value honesty and integrity in people above all else and that will never ever change!!

Perhaps, the fear of being judged is a strong one for many. A lot of us feel inadequate in some way and try to hide those shortcomings or smooth them over. With so many people in competition for some sort of attention, may try to stretch the truth or completely fabricate it, in the hopes of what they feel is some sort of leg up on the competition.

As long as you don't surrender on those values, it will show up, possibly in the most unlikely of circumstances. A lot of people here have those values, so who knows?

Is honesty all that you are looking for? What other criteria must a man meet in order for you to take an interest in him?

Im single because Im a nice guy who still opens the door for girls, give flowers, cook, loves to please a girl on every way, is romantic yet I can be an a-hole when I need to be, because Im patient, fun to be around with, have a good heart, worry for her, because Im a good listener, because Im always there for her, because I still write poems, I still believe in love, Im a good dancer, I enjoy cuddling, stay home with her watching movies and driking a good cup of wine, because Im creative on sex, because I enjoy going down on her every single morning, I like to make her smile, I like to make her happy Ect Ect Ect

I don't mean not being single means being married. I've had the same ball and chain so I can relate. I'll rephrase the question. Why do you think you don't have a girlfriend/boyfriend? Do you blame others or could it be something about yourself?
