when you hurt in places where you never use to hurt before.thats when you know your getting old or older.lol Ohhh my gawd if that is the case I'm 104.....funny how we see ourselves as we always was till we look in a mirror  ....damn mirrors thinking about getting rid of all of them....
Just Paint 'em......they'll be just like new!!!!

Regardless how old I get or even wrinkled up as long as laughter is part of my life and I'm enjoying it all else does not matter......
 Just knowing I have made it this far puts a smile on my face....

I've found that the older I get the more ornery I become and the less **** I take from people, of course it helps that I'm > 84". I'm gonna be then old man with wire brush bristles growing from my ears, stink of vitamins and baloney, and shake my fist and yell at whipper snappers on my lawn. |

You have no idea what "old" is. I KNOW what old is! Its when you hear a "Barry Manilow" song, on the radio, and you run, as fast as you can, to turn it up, screaming,,, "OMGGGGG,,,,I LOVE THIS SONG!!!".

Speak of age as you will. I recently turned 61, can out work many much younger than myself, do what I want, when I want, might not lift what I used to, have the intelligence to know my limits. Still have FULL control of my bodily functions & don't need any help.
NOW, if that is "OLD"; will take the label. Although, I know people of less years, that can't say/do what I do. |

Well, I have to agree with Don here...I'm older than any of you and I'm still going strong.. Some things I've had to give up (becauses of surgerys) but have always found something else to take its place.. Some of my friends can't believe the things I've done by myself, they have never been farther away from home than 50 miles!! I'm not slowing down until I absolutely have to!!!
