I'm fairly outgoing with a loving heart, a good head on my shoulders and a high energy level! I work hard but love to play, have a good sense of humor and am always up for trying new things. I like a number of different activities including traveling, watching football, attending rodeos (I volunteer with the HLSR,) going to concerts, festivals and special events and I recently took up scuba diving! I am happy to be the age I am, but refuse to get "O-L-D" because there are so many fun and wonderful things I still want to experience and explore. I tend to wear rose colored gles and my heart on my sleeve. If you can’t see the bright side of life, then polish the dull side! The gl is half full…there are silver linings...miracles happen every day – people tend to either understand that perspective well or not at all. I give my best every day but am perfectly imperfect and believe that a friend, partner or lover needs to take me as I am. I try to "walk that talk" in return. I became a "Texas Girl" a couple years ago and feel like I finally found "home" here in the Lone Star State! I'm putting down roots! I can manage the food, clothing and shelter realities of life. But finding someone to care for and that will allow me to care for them in return is an option I'd like to explore with someone special.
