then Im sure the pictures of those injuries and the medical exam will come out in a trial,,,,, I'm not going to read the whole post, because it starts with a faulty premise. If the DA determines that there is no grounds for prosecution, then there will not be a trial. If Trayvon Martin attacked Zimmerman, then there should be no grounds for a trial. IF there is no evidence that Treyvon INITIALLY Attacked zimmerman, there should be a trial if there is nothing to hide and Zimmerman is justified, he should hope for a trial,,,

And, you can't make an arrest without probable cause that a crime was committed. they are several probable causes in the case because of Zimmermans past record of aggressive action against others because of his words to the dispatcher about his frustration with 'aholes' 'getting away' and , recently, because of a portion of a dispatch recording that was initially edited out where he can be heard to say the word 'coons' there should be a trial,,,

Zimmerman claims that he was on his way back to his SUV when he was confronted by Trayvon. If the confrontation happened near Zimmerman's SUV, then he's telling the truth. No if it turns out that the fight happened within say...50-100 feet of Zimmerman's SUV, would you agree that Trayvon was the aggressor and Zimmerman was justified?

As I have already pointed out, this scenario fits all of the evidence we have. Trayvon was a drug using thug who attacked Zimmerman as he was walking back to his car, broke his nose and was pounding his head into the concrete. It was self-defense. What a skinny scrawny pain in the *** teen he looks to be but none of it NONE OF IT MAKES HIM A DANGER NOR DESERVING TO DIE.

LOL, several probable causes . . wow. Should anyone take any of this seriously? No, and I'm done before I bust a blood vessel in my brain trying to understand this line of reasoning. Look, MsHarmony, lots of people jumped on the "Victim Trayvon" bandwagon when this story first broke, including me. But, I am sorry I did because there is evidence coming out now that tells a different story. I feel bad for jumping to conclusions and I should have known better. I only hope that people will be able to see past their racism to let the evidence decide who is guilty and not their own personal agendas.

This whole scenerio, even the false one, could have been resolved with pepper spray. Cheap and effective and usually no one dies.

No if it turns out that the fight happened within say...50-100 feet of Zimmerman's SUV, would you agree that Trayvon was the aggressor and Zimmerman was justified? there you go,, if it happened NEAR his SUV, but the witnesses calling said it was happening in the back of the building,,,,,one even saying it was near her PORCH,,,, the location depends upon the geography , zimmerman claimed on the tape that he ran between some buildings the girlfriend says Treyvon said he had 'lost' zimmerman which would make sense if he ran between some buildings but then , according to the girlfriend, Zimmerman was once again BEHIND Trayvon so if the areas between the buildings are within that fifty to one hundred feet, there are still too many possibilities and questions to answer and of course, on the way 'back' to Zimmermans suv after admitting to following the boy could be any distance depending upon how far he traveled to pursue him,,,,

You should finish the script and send it off to the networks. In the mean time, maybe you should look at the evidence, which indicates that Zimmerman didn't hunt Trayvon down. He had lost sight was Trayvon, voiced a concern for his own safety to the 911 operator and started back to his SUV when he was confronted by Trayvon.

You apparently have no knowledge of the law. A trial ONLY occurs when the State has what it thinks is sufficient evidence to prove guilt. The "appearance" of guilt is meaningless and is not allowed in court.

She wasn't there. What she says she heard was "Why are you following me?" That doesn't prove that Zimmerman was behind Trayvon. The idea that a fat man could outrun a teenage football player is ludicrous. It's very possible that Trayvon turned around and came after Zimmerman. so if the areas between the buildings are within that fifty to one hundred feet, there are still too many possibilities and questions to answer and of course, on the way 'back' to Zimmermans suv after admitting to following the boy could be any distance depending upon how far he traveled to pursue him,,,, So in other words, Zimmerman is guilty and nothing will convince you otherwise. Too bad the 911 tape makes that untrue huh? What do you mean? The one with Zimmerman screaming for help? The one where Zimmerman is told that he shouldn't follow Trayvon and he says "Okay"? Please post a link to a transcript of the 911 tape that makes what I posted untrue?
