I learned how to stand tall again and not take his abuse anymore I also
learned that life is as Incredible as you
choose to make it,,,, I have learned to Love me again

I learned not to take abuse, not to get involved with a drunk and not to
believe anything he ever said

i learned that people are not always what they seem, and tho it may take
7 years, they show there true colors... and when they do it hurts...
physicaly and emotionaly...
i learned that your friends may not be true friends, and you will find
true friends in unlikely places....
i learned that it doesnt always take 2 to ruin a relationship,
sometimes it just takes one....
i learned that no mater how much you love someone, you cannot change
them if they dont want to be changed, and sometimes even when they
do.....

most of all....

i learned that i am stronger than i ever knew i could be, and that with
the right motivation... my babes... i can survive anything, or anyone,
to make sure that they have a better life...

I've learned to regain my selfconfidence once again; but I did not learn
this from him - I lost it because of him. But what I DID learn from him
was how to say "because I said so", I learned how to degrade people, I
learned how to blame someone else for anything that goes wrong in life,
I learned how to be abusive toward a spouse, I've learned how to ignore
my family and make excuses not to attend my son's sports events and
unfortunately I learned that dying is not easy.

I may have learned those things, but I don't practice them

That I must be a bum magnet

I learned to not believe everything I'm told, to stand up for myself,
and that we never had anything in common to begin with.

My x wife taught me what real love is.

I loved her so much, 6 years ago when she first cheated on me I took her
back.

I gave her all I had for nine years staight. She got her masters degree
in accounting, and decided she didnt need me anymore. So she started
cheating on me. I found out the week of our ninth anniversary. I told
her to pack her stuff and get out.

Now, it breaks my heart to think of the love she thru away. The love
that she will never have again.

I will find someone who will appreciate the kind of love I can offer,
and return it. She's out there somewhere.

I learned that even when you give someone your whole heart and would do
anything for them, that isn't enough.

donot get married bacause everyone else is etc.

nothing really my ex gave me trust issues

learned how to change my oil.
learned how to love.
learned what it takes to make a relationship work.
learned how to cook tamales.
since he was my firt love and my mate for 12 years i
learned how to give a good blow job!
