I grew up in Montana literally a stones throw from a reservatuon. My mom's entire family is white but grew up on the reservation. I know I am naive but I never saw skin color or nationality when I saw people. I fell in love with a native man when I was very young (he was young as well) and my oldest is half native.
I think that the native nation is like any other people.. there are the good and the bad. The bad have a tendency to get the most publicity, and the good are often overlooked.
My ex is a good guy. We were kids and much to young for the relationship we got into, but he is a good dad to our daughter and a good friend to me. He is an alcoholic, and I am a non drinker so this was a huge roadblock for us.

Point in my rambling story is this.. there are good and bad in all people. And it is who we choose to focus on that will get the attention..

Aside from shoes (this is the only area where I am a "typical girl") I greatly dislike shopping. Clothes never fit right, I am a terrible at decorating, I don't carry a purse, shopping is a great waste of time.
I have a million things I could better be spending that time doing. My best friend is a shopper. Its annoying.

They just gave him a key to her room.

We used to do it on purouse, until we were informed that is "not ammusing" lol
