Face it, folks - the boy is the ideal candidate for fragging ... end of story. all the more reason to allow him a discharge,,,without prejudice,, because such PATRIOTS which he depends upon to have his back have such outward bigotry as to cause him harm,,, Why should they have his back when the first chance he gets he will screw them? Can't claim bigotry without all the facts. So far, it's just his whiny side of the story. But, then, bigotry is a fun word for those who have no legitimate claims. 
All the facts? He's a coward, he doesn't wanna go to war because he doesn't wanna die. Tough $hit, shouldn't have enlisted during the middle of two wars. Then on top of that shouldn't have gone Airbourne knowing they are killing machines. He just decided to use his religion as a front, and it backfired on his stupid a$$. I wanna see him tried and jailed and locked in with bubba and made to eat three squares a day of pork. |

Several times I've read the word bigotry...I'm certain there is a person or two who lacks the understanding of what that word means. Bigotry....was our towers being attacked. Bigotry.....was the celebration in the middle east that followed the attack. Bigotry....is what made them attack civilians....not having the sand to attack the military arm. Bigotry....is the lawlessness committed on their behalf. Was it bigotry to imprison the Japanese after Pearl Harbour? No!, It was security, a security which has not been implemented yet in this case? Have we not been gracious? Have we not tried to help? The floods in Pakistan, the disasters in Haiti...
As for the traitor soldier, he can't desert to Canada, we wont take him. Traitors, and mutineers...what was the term?? frag????? |

United States, broadened U.S. rules beyond religious belief but denied the inclusion of objections to specific wars as grounds for conscientious objection.[40] Currently, the U.S. Selective Service System states, "Beliefs which qualify a registrant for conscientious objector status may be religious in nature, but don't have to be.
