Krimsa, JB and I are not a tag team. She is quite skilled at this debate stuff without any help from me.

I find things people say in here to be interesting, some i agree with, some things I don't. If I agree, I try to say so, when I disagree I try to offer my opinion on the subject.

I might be wrong but it seemed to me she was trying to be nice and give you an option for adding new information to your previous posts to avoid making multiple posts in a row needlessly filling up a page, that is in case you didn't know about that feature.

JB, asking me what my personal belief system constitutes exactly is a VERY personal question and not one that I would presume to offer you, nor discuss. I do not know you (except via characterizations from others on forum that have been mixed) and there is no compelling reason for me to disclose this information to you.

I have never started my own thread in the religion forum so how exactly can you not find any of "my subjects" interesting? And do you really think that I take seriously for one moment your Draconian crap? Please. Go back to high school.

Here here. I agree. I have tried my best to always be open and friendly with JB. I have also made various attempts at asking her questions at different periods of time about her assorted oddball theories. Just because they are out of the realm of the mainstream, does not invalidate them of course. She has been unresponsive and now this unprovoked attack simply because I do not wish to discuss my personal beliefs on forum.

Na I just wasn't sure if you noticed the edit button sharp. I actually did not notice it for a long time when I first started using this forum. Its kind of small and inconspicuous there. So I would do the same thing. Post one sentence, then another sentence. Thats the only reason I mentioned it. I was basing it on my past experience as it related to using the forums. Peace.

Oh for crying out loud Krisma, stop being so accusatory and quit whining. I have not attacked you. If you are that sensitive and insulted by my tiny little inquiry into your cut and past post, you would not last a second in a genuine debate with me.

Unless you are just using this defensive posture as a tactic to place blame or get sympathy. If you are truly offended and feel attacked you don't stand a chance in an intelligent debate, and I don't want to get into one with you where all that happens is accusations and claims that you have been insulted and attacked.

If you ever did ask me any question about any of my "assorted oddball theories" I missed them. I post in many threads and I don't always catch them all.

If you want to paint my inquiry as an "unprovoked attack" then you have a skewed perception of what an attack is. If you don't want to discuss your beliefs or your personal theories that is your business, I think I can live without them, but until the walls come down, I don't know how you expect to get to know anyone.

This is a religion (and philosophy hopefully) forum. One would think that is what people come here to discuss.

I have not engaged you in any debates in the past because the ones in which you chose to become involved in were not interesting to me or maybe I just had nothing to say about the subject.

JB, go back and read exactly what you wrote. You are incapable of debate with me for the sole reason that I refuse to reveal to you on forum the basis of my own personal spirituality. If now in retrospect, you are realizing that you were over zealous in taking that approach with me and that was indeed a bad move on your part, I would agree. You should have never gone in that direction, nor hinted that you wanted to go in that direction.

I think most of the whining has been done by you and your insistence that you are incapable of evaluating my opinion, nor position because you are unable to objectify or compartmentalize me in a capacity that you find suitable. If you are using this as an excuse to not be able to enter a debate with me, so be it. Thats the message I am getting. If that is not the case, I guess you have some explaining to do. If you would actually take the time to read anything I have posted on these forums or the debates I have involved myself with, you would clearly understand my position. I have certainly read most all of yours but that is the kind of person I tend to be.

I also take offense to your assumption that none of us on forum are capable of intelligent debate unless you deem it so or we somehow prostrate ourselves to your will. Does that also mean that we must adhere to JBs rules of engagement and forum etiquette? Just who died and made you queen here? If you want to engage me in intelligent conversation, I welcome the opportunity. That has been my position form the start.

JB, I in fact have made the acquaintance of several interesting individuals (you are not one of those) and have had very involved and detailed conversations with them back and forth by private message. There certainly does not appear to be any problem with these people getting to know me and engaging in intelligent conversation. So once again, these grand sweeping generalizations you are so fond of making serve no one and make you appear somewhat silly. Just another observation.

If you have a point to make or a theory to present or new information or ideas to share I am extremely interested.

But you seem to be emotional, easily offended, defensive and your agenda is hidden. You are too guarded, as if you are in a battle rather than a conversation.

I am simply calling it as I see it. If you are incapable of addressing these issues, so be it. You have already made that abundantly clear in your assertion that you can not debate with me because you dont know what my personal beliefs consist of. Im not terribly surprised that you cant address a simple post such as this one.

What is interesting to one person is not always interesting to another person. I guess that is just a matter of what people are interested in, I am sorry you took it personal. I was only being honest. I have to limit my interests, I don't have time to be interested in everything.

Sometimes my honesty is misconstrued as "brutal" but that is just who I am.

I am not offended or bothered by your "draconian crap" remark if that was your intention. Please don't be offended about my interests or lack thereof of certain subjects.

For example, my friend Tribo posts a lot of stuff about Native Americans, but my interest is not in that area even though another one of my best friends is extremely interested in Native American history and genealogy, so much so that we are putting together a web site about it.
