me peronally, i would NEVER take home food i didnt eat from a restaurant, i would be so embaressed. Why? Everyone does it. |

you dont have to have a drivers license to get a job at most places.... you can take the bus or walk.... then move on to the drivers license I know that, but it's just difficult finding a job these days. not if you are actually looking..fast food joints are always hiring and maybe you could"gasp" help mom out with food and expenses. She is right. i am working at a freaking coffee shop. It sucks, but I love it and is doing just great till I am done school. But a question. How do you expect to helpful in a relationship, when you can not even help yourself? I have no idea, which is why it's probably good that the one possible relationship I have is long distance. Less pressure on me in that way. Or maybe that's worse...... if you dont work, how do you get money?? I get it from my folks pretty much, be it handed out, or for mowing the lawn or whatever. |

 i do it if i am going straight home and there is a lot of food left.... makes for a great lunch or breakfast the next day.... no different that eating leftovers that you made in your own fridge.... now if i were on a date i may not do it... but if i were with my son .. mother ..longtime partner why not? i think if it were a really fancy resturaunt i may not but then there arent usually left overs for a place like that

Did you ever think it was time to leave home. My thoughts exactly!!! Moved out when I was 17, relationship with Mom.. got better!!!

im like him.... i dont beleive in waste... maybe thats why i recycle too... i have plenty of room in my garbage weekly but i still recycle... to do my part in not letting garbage take up the earth...

i think he should look for a job properly. i couldnt take money of my parents like that all my time. you have to grow up and get a job.

well anything over 25 dollar plate i may not take home.... depending on the atmophere of the resturaunt... and where i will be headed afterwards...now if THEY asked me if i want a box.... and i see most everyone else doing it.. and am going straight home... i sure would even though its a higher class place than your local sherris...some resturants serve huge amounts to keep their customers coming back...and expect you to take home the leftovers....

ooops i forgot, i went for a meal with my neigbour and she took the scraps back for her dog, but she did it very discretly lol

Did you ever think it was time to leave home. I know, I know, but it's not exactly feasible for me right now. Got no job, don't drive, etc. Learn to drive. Get a job. Get your life together. Stop bickering over silly things. Get out see the world. There are so many other real problems to gripe about.
