Rise and Shine - part 4
|
|
Morning everyone. Been rather busy lately trying to get an early start on spring. Weathers been beautiful these past couple weeks begging me to spend some time on the trails. I hope everything is going well for all of you. If the weathers nice where you are at, get out, enjoy it. Take your lunch and a good book and go find a nice grassy area in one of the local parks and enjoy. I'm a faithful follower of the first hour of The Today Show. I just noticed the east coast is getting hammered. Forget the walk in the park, unless you have a parka and warm boots. hehe. Stay warm out there. Brrrrrr, sure does look cold |

Ah yes, spring. While all you people living in those lower elevations will start to enjoy beautiful sunny days all of us up here in the high country of the Rockies will have to wait a bit longer. No worries, once spring hits the high country the doors and windows to paradise are open.
Gotta love spring time in the Rockies. Welcome to here Linda. Sit back, post lots and enjoy. |

Often times things are much more peaceful at the back of the line. To much pushing and shoving towards the front by those who want to be first
Yeah I think I'll hang out near the back. Nice piece ![]() |

I took my time reading this once and then read each line again, only this time outloud. I then paused for a moment between each line and pondered the thought. Each line in it's own right evokes feeling and emotion. Each line can tell it's own story. I hope all who reads it will reads it outloud to see if they to can feel the emoltion. Very nice. I enjoyed this. Thanks much for sharing. thank you for taking the time to read it and also for your compliment i was afraid it sounded unorganized and confusing Not at all. Made perfect sense to me. And you very welcome. |

I could use some defragging myself Alicia. I wonder if we can find a doctor who can help?
I do like how you can take a human emotion and work it into a piece we can all understand. |

"No Title"

Raw this is an amazing piece. WOW!!!. This is one that leaves a person with plenty to ponder.
AS for a name there are so many things that come to mind. This stanza: I hold my head a weep for now I only dream of you with doubt in my heart and fear in my soul if we should never meet Leaves to to think the name should speak of a longing, or maybe a tomorrow. "yesterdays longings" Or maybe "waiting for my tomorrows. I would have a paticularly hard time naming this piece. I'm sure you'll come up with something fitting. Good job Raw. Great piece. |

What good is
The capacity To love If you can’t Take that chance And dance. This portion struck a cord with me Alicia. Many of us have the capacity to love but have been robbed of spirit and heart. Closing off that desire. Maybe that is a sign of hitting bottom with no where to go but up? |
