why I can't send a PM to the ol'coot!
Mail settings were female, 150 miles, and 55-75. I changed them to anybody, any distance, & 30-100 so we'll Zee how it goes. Are PMs different than Mail here? I haven't noticed a direct message function other than what they call "Mail". What set me off? Who do you think? The resident eternal burning flame of hating, of course. I keep trying to gently drag him out of that Faux sNooze silo he lives in but apparently he has sucker arms like an octopus when it comes to clinging to unreality. a PM IS mail.. silly coot
my magic wand on that EX-resident seems to have.. POOF *the debbie downer's gondee like the wind* yer welcome

I'm a martial arts fan as well.. I actually hold a brown belt in karate/samurai using swords, weapons etc.. also sort of got into Kendo.. this of course, like you, was in my much younger years..
so yeah, action movies with the likes of Bruce/Brandon Lee, Jason Statham, Jet Li & Jackie Chan and even Keanu Reeves rank top in my preferences.. although not so much with Scott Adkins or Steven Seagal as their acting isn't the greatest (imo) the John Wick series is awesome.. I heard they're even thinking of a #5 which would be cool.. and of course there's Ballerina an offshoot of John Wick that has a lot of martial arts action in it too.. Personally enjoy a good Historical film, specially if there's good acting involved.. like 300 I was told I'm Greek (just had a DNA test done so I'll know for sure soon YAY soo excited) by someone about 20 yrs ago and when I was in Athens back in '09 walking thru the streets a resident walked up to me and said "hey.. you're greek!" which was weird but cool at the same time.. it was an old man and he just blurted it out.. back then my natural hair colour was dark brown almost black and very curly.. but I digress again
Greenland & the Fallen series are good too.. have'em all on HD's.. |

my vertigo doesn't want to leave me alone..
I can't even watch someone on a hi-wire act or standing on a cliff looking down etc.. sends me for a loop and I have to look away.. royal pain in ma tooshie..
wow.. sorry to hear about you pulling a muscle.. that hurts like the dickens when it throws everything outta whack.. been there.. happens to me too.. usually targets my mid back first.. and when I usually force myself to stop and relax for a bit.. for me it's mostly bruises.. I only notice them after the fact.. next day I'll be like "where the heck did YOU come from?" or "how/when did that happen?"
it could be "not feeling worthy" for me but I typcially feel like it's more "not wanting to impose on others".. my dad used to say "try figuring out a different way of doing things so you don't pester others" which is probably why I come up with a lot of weird/wild solutions to problems.. that and he often said "there are no problems in life.. only solutions" and probably why I'm a pretty inventive solutions finder
for me a best friend would be great.. if it evolves into something else? awesome.. if not? all good
