It's to bad people can't post an opinion or thought without "people" jumping all over them, such pettiness. No wonder some people don't even want to venture into this "community". Can't we all just be friends or at least get along? If you don't like what someone writes then don't reply.

I go to the gym about 5 days a week sometimes more. My workout routine is 30 minutes EFX machine or treadmill, 15 minutes weights or resistance machines, and I also do spinning classes (biking) 3x a week but I just got back into the gym thing after going to school and clinicals this summer. So I'm taking it easy, planning on working up to at least 1 1/2 hours of gym time once I get my stamina back. Don't do any volunteering since I work but used to volunteer for the library, shelving books. My friends are all ages. But I prefer to hang out with people that like to do outdoorsy stuff, hiking, biking, fishing, sightseeing. Not a party person, so not into hanging out in bars or drinking.
