I sat down and talked with my boyfriend about needing more intimacy in our relationship... and a huge part of that included kissing. I think he genuinely doesn't know how to kiss.

He doesn't kiss me often... and by often I mean never. He'll wake me in the morning sometimes when he kisses my cheek before going to work.

He doesnt even kiss during sex, which I NEED... so its just causing all sorts of problems.

So he tried to make up for it... and he made an attempt to "make love" to me... and he tried to incorporate some kissing. Let me tell you.. it was awful. He licked my face like a dog, and I dont even know if I can describe what he did as a kiss. It wasnt french-kiss tongue... it was like dog-licking-face-when-you-get-home-from-work tongue. I dont even know if our lips touched as he sucked my face off.

I stopped him every time he attempted. Later on, when he mentioned it, I was like "You cant honestly call that kissing.. it was more like mauling my face off"

I am mortified by my reaction towards his attempt... at least he's trying. I know it must not be easy on his ego, and I should have focused on positive reenforcement. He is one of those REALLY smart guys... and he must be panicking that he cant learn how to kiss well on wikipedia. I mean, in theory.. you can learn anything by studying... but even doctors need to practice.


I want to kiss him... how can I teach him without injuring his ego?

I meant the fact that what he did has been compared to what pres. clinton did. The public feels for his wife and kids... and they sympathize with hillary in that sense as well.
