Elated. Finally received all of the new ghost hunting equipment I ordered and am ready for that first hunt of the season.
Can you tell me what you think of this video I caught at a gig in Glasgow, just over three years ago? I never saw anything at the time, only when I played it back the next day did I notice something strange at 1.37 minutes into the video. Thanks:thumbsup::sunglasses:

Just watched the video and 2 points. What was mentioned as orbs flying around were I would say just bugs flying around since bugs fly that fast, but that one thing at the 1:38 mark of the video I cannot explain. Looks like a piece of string that floated from the back of the room to the front. It definitely was strange. I would loved to have been there to check it out. Thanks for sharing.
All I found out was the basement that the gig was in was also used as a temporary Morgue, during WW2, when the Germans were bombing Glasgow and dead bodies were stored in there. Aye I saw those wee orbs, but whatever that was at the 1.38 mark, went right between me and my cousin and disappears at the stage. Thanks for watching it though!:sunglasses:

That's interesting. The history of the place could be an explanation for what that thing was. If it was a Morque it is not out of the possibility it could be an entity that was bothered by the crowd and the noise that could be messing with the quiet it was accustomed to.
You could be right about that one though! If you ever visit Scotland, go to the Niddrie St vaults, in Edinburgh, if you can? Spookiest place I've ever been in my life and it takes a lot to unnerve me, but that place is weird though and just downright creepy!:sunglasses:

I will keep that in mind. I'm always out for going somewhere that is spooky. I may have relatives in Scotland since my son followed our family tree on my mother's side back to a King in Scotland back in the 1400's and would love to check it out someday.
Check this one out that Ghost Adventures picked up in there? Zak Bagans said it was one freaky place!

Freaky to say the least. What those guys are doing is basically what I do when I go on ghost hunts although I do not get overly excited for the TV camera like those guys are. But it was for TV and they need to keep the ratings up.

OT: Trying to keep my eyes open. Ready for bed.
No probs:thumbsup:

At least you have photos on your profile for a start. You could add to your interests though and a little bit about yourself also. That could be the difference between someone contacting you, or passing you by, but that's your decision to make? All the best on here, ok:thumbsup::sunglasses:

What did you enjoy the most about Mauritius? I live there most of the year.
Getting married on the beach Shelley, that's what I liked the most about there. Had another ceremony back here in Scotland, just for our families though!:sunglasses:

That's an amazing experience!
It was Laura's dream to get married over there and we had the money to do it, so we done it Shelley.:sunglasses:

Did the cross country roadtrips about four times. It's best to stay out of cities but a few exceptions.
In that show Cat Billy Connolly, goes to the sort of places that you could easily overlook on Route 66. I might take my son for a road trip along it when he's a bit older, as he's only 5 just now, but it's one for the notebook though!:sunglasses:

Never been in an rv, but like to visit small towns and parks. Get off the interstate when possible. Road trips around the US are the best.
Cat, the Scottish Comedian Billy Connolly, did a few shows for British TV, a few years ago called Route 66, starting in Chicago. Brilliant so it was. Here's the link to the first one and the rest are on YouTube also, if you want to watch it?:sunglasses:

Is it becuase they are shy, they feel uncomfortable or does they have a social problem?
Maybe they reply to twin arses instead of single bottoms though? laugh laugh

If anybody told me that they owned me, I'd laugh and tell them to f**k off! I don't mind being with someone, but I don't own them and they don't own me at the end of the day. Anyone that says that they own you, is someone you should really be avoiding in life. We have our free will for a reason. Always remember that!:sunglasses:

I suppose to me it comes down more about compatibility then the actual age and where both are in their life.

If a younger man wants to have children in the future, I am not going to be the one for him. I can't have anymore children.

Where are both at in their level of intellect and behaviors. Someone who acts very childish still, is going to be a major turnoff to me. Someone who actually is mature intellectually and emotionally for their age, can be a good fit.

Character, manners, behavior, level of communication, shared interests and the willingness to learn something new from each other, integrity, honesty, all of those things to me are important. Those can be found in people of differing age groups and same age group.

I was married twice, both times to older than me men. Both times long term marriages. 12 year and almost 18 years. In the end, they didn't work out.

I have dated men who have been anywhere from 30 years of age to 55 years of age, and have found that the actual age didn't guarantee maturity or the lack thereof either. In the end it didn't work out because we were just not on the same path or there just wasn't enough actual chemistry to make it work.

Age is not just a number, but it doesn't have to be the deciding factor. The two people in question are in the end.

I can tell you that if I feel as if I would be embarrassed to be seen with someone or introduce them to my friends, then it really doesn't matter what age is on their birth certificate. It has everything to do with how they behave. That's just me so.
The age becomes a factor in the end though. I watched my mum and dad who were married for 35 years break up in 2004. My dad had just retired at the age of 68 and my mum was still working and was 53, at the time. It was only then that the age gap and their different values came to a head and they split up. Both my parents are still alive though and they still talk from time to time, but both of them moved on and my mum remarried also.:sunglasses:
