Momma is always buying boxes of stuff like that.. I'm trying to keep from being 233# again It takes will power, but I also know how much she likes them, so I ignore their screams to me..

Did few of you in here mentioned Apple turnover, Bacon & eggs, Yogurt/s and wow, Spinach & Cottage cheese Tortellini ?? I'm all in.. I don't have breakfast, only coffee. I like my Intermittent Fasting routine 7 days a week especially skipping breakfast. I'm starving but in few hours I'd have my lunch
