My first day unemployeed and I got a LOT done!

I have most of the laundry clean and folded, I cleaned the turtle tank, washed the dishes, tried a new Puerto Rican recipe out of a cook book, took out the trash, cleaned the bathrooms, sprayed the weeds, caught up on TIVO programs and I vacuumed my house!

My son is 7 years old and weighs about 60 pounds- He is a little thing

Well...we went to the ER day before yesterday because he had a fever, vomiting and some body pain. Turned out they diagnosed him with a "cold" so no antibiotics(which is fine considering I'm not one of these parents that "NEED" antibiotics for my child when ill).
I'm a bit concerned because my boys haven't ever run a fever for more than 2 consecutive days.
This is the third day.

Is it normal for children to run fever this long without breaking?
