My teenager has moved in with her dad, too Zanne doll. After months of arguing (where everything was MY FAULT, of course), a graduation (where I was jilted as being the cause of all the problems), and three b/f breakups (the scum of the earth just cant stay out of my LIFE!!), moving out of town - to live with a b/f (I say, if it doesnt work out, let me know. Sure enough, she calls - the world stands still for at least 5 min as I weasel information out of her - and tells me she is back, and is staying with Dad). Dont get me wrong, I love her to death, but a rollercoaster ride does make you sick after a while. When he's sick of her - or when she gets her act together - we can talk again of the freedoms she had while living with me. Meantime, my house stays clean (even with my 6 yo being a kid, as they do), my grocery and electricity bill are cut in half, and peace reigns. *sigh!* In other words - GO FOR IT!! |

I'd like everyone to add their own things to do. Life can get so confusing sometimes. Summers are MUCH easier!! Wake up (hopefully AFTER 4am) Take allergy medicine Take shower Make breakfast Wake wee one Dry hair Make sure she washes, dresses, eats. Get dressed Make bed Put in laundry Put away laundry from yesterday Do dishes Go to work (wee one comes along) Indescriminate amount of time spent practicing insanity Rush home Meet daughter/take grandbabies Wash, change, dress, feed, water, nap, cuddle, play, laugh Do homework Prepare for class Dinner for wee one Meet daughter/deliver grandbabies Get wee one to sitter Go to class Four hours of incarceration w/a sentance of total boredom. Collect wee one Rush home (please God!) Make sure she washes, brushes, changes, etc Prepare for following day Read required selection(s) for bedtime story Kiss, hug, cuddle Do homework/fall asleep on k/b Collapse in bed wishing there was more time in a day |
