7 , I final free to do some outdoor activities , not just restaurants and movie theatres .
8, I don't have to worry about if my baby wakes him up at night for milk that would interfere his sleep.
9 , I can just relax or focus on my own matters and don't have to worry about house chores.

The snow is dancing outside of window,

I dream every night. The characters usually are the people I know from my real life .

One night about two month ago, I have had a strange dream . I dreamt "him". "him" is whom I assumed "the one".

There isn't anything romantic or communication in that dream. All I feel is that I am so comfortable laying my head on his chest. The sensation remains whenever i recall that dream, also his body shape, hight and facile symmetry.

Any tips for a woman over 40 to loose 10 lbs ? 5,7" and 133 lbs currently . Last years was 126lbs .
I admit the weights increase due to stress, I have been watching out my diet ,and work out 3 times a week . Very frustrating to see the numbers go bigger and bigger on the weight scale .
I fluctuate 5 lbs or so, so It could just be when you're weighing yourself
