You are going to be around complete strangers dressed
so as to hide their identity.

I would wear something that left my eyes wide open..
and my feet ready to sprint.

Hm... sounds like a real Halloween idea ...bigsmile

There is a Halloween costume party will be held on 28th, Oct in my city . I really want to attend because I have never been to one . However I don't know what kind of costume will be appropriate for the party if I go alone. Should I dress up goofy like a clown or sexy like a cat-woman .

What will you dress up like for this Halloween ?

Or post your photo in custom on here maybe.

I have GERD and that is one of the symptoms. The best information on this topic I've found suggests it is from abnormal bacteria. This bacteria essentially gets out of control in your stomach. It eats CARBS, and creates excess gases.

My understanding to fix it, if this is what you have. Is to basically not eat carbs for quite some time, keep very diligent oral hygiene during this period. Until the bacteria dies off because there's only harder to break down food (protein) in your stomach that it can't eat.

Do you do weighted squats, dead lifts, or anything else? Any machine-based weighted leg isolation exercises?

I avoid doctors usually, but I want to suggest you get confirmation it is not some form of swelling or inflammation. Also possibly caused by digestion problems.

I do all sort of functional fitness training . Weighted squats , dead lifts are included in my weekly exercise regime . I recently have reduced all the exercises that uninvolved legs engagement, which has shown the positive decrease result. Despite my weights is unchanged , (130lbs) my waste line also appears being reduced . This might due to the longer time for starching prior the exercises . Or I am able to sleep deeper and longer ... I am not sure ...Thanks for all your constructive advises .:)

A few times I was in my formal and fancy work outfit shopped in grocery stores during my work hour , no one seemed had noticed my present. Other times , when I am dressed up just like a shopper, I have gentlemen come over and offered their help with my groceries . The same store , different result with different outfits .

Men in 40/ 50 are the darn attractive, to me at least . I married a 40 years old guy when I was in my late 20s for 12 years. Now my selection preference for men is still at the same range,40-50 .

Is it your legs and waist? Or just one? Do something different, and then observe from your experience what happens.

Has your diet changed recently? Are you eating something now you weren't before?

Running should mostly burn fat, and won't create a hypertrophy response.

It sounds to me like that may just be inflammation/swelling. Experience any pain from running?

My legs and waist have grown big noticeably since the last year. I always eat whatever I want , but mostly try to choose the healthy food . While I run or perform another functional exercises , there are no pains occur, except expel a lot of gas from stomach though my mouth.

I'd try a low carb but high protein diet.

Leave the running for a while and do a brisk walk instead. On the tread mill click on fat burn, it will ask for your weight and age, then it will calculate your perfect heart rate for weight loss, mine is 114 and that's just a brisk 5.6 kph walk with 1.5 incline, not hard at all.

If it was me though I'd explain to a personal trainer at the gym what you want to achieve, they'll know best.
They won't expect payment for a simple piece of advice, or they shouldn't anyway.

Remember to stretch both before and after exercise.

Before I started the gym session three years ago . I had done a lot of brisk walk and swim and my legs were slender and healthy. Now I have just realized what 's done wrong that ruined my legs after reading your advise. Also thanks for the elaborate explanation !

Hi Matwaving I run .. I haven't had a problem with my leg mass increasing .. only when I do free weight exercises .. especially lunges and leg press ..my quad muscles develop very quickly . Cardio based exercises usually have the opposite effect on my muscle mass .. they will shape and tone but not increase my leg muscle size .

My friend stopped bodybuilding to do running and she lost so much muscle mass that I didn't recognise her .. there is definitely a correlation with weight training . You could still do weights but choose exercises that will just define your legs rather than build muscle .
Swimming , Pilates and yoga help to stretch and lengthen muscle fibres .

Personaly I like shapely legs rather than legs that look all bone :-)

I agree with you , a pair of fit legs look yummier than the boney ones ... :))

Hi blondey,
Like always ,You always able to grasp the right point. I actually have never used a measurement tool to measure my waistline , but only assumed by the summer pants that seemed too tight when I put it on.

Jogging can burn fat , also causes legs grow big ?

I jog twice a week and about 6-9 km every time . I also participate fitness classes that are offered by local gym 4 hours a week . I have never expected to obtain the big legs after all those efforts I have been putting in . Anything I have done wrong that causes the legs grow so big ?

I am weight 60kg still, but my waistline has shown increase in size. Therefor , stress is one of the aspects caused thick legs . Does jogging count as well ?

I exercise a lot and eat a lot .. ha

I spend 6-7 hours a week in the gym or run outside when the weather is permit .

I eat my favorite food whenever I want without worrying my weights .

The two extremes above ensure the quality of sleep . You know the good sleep can change a person ... ha

I sometimes worry too much about gaining one lbs or two , overall , I am happy with what I have .

In addition , I have stopped dating since I have found being alone is the better way to contain the happiness within.

I focus on whatever I do , such as my job . Also I challenge myself by reading the old English .

A lot pressure / stress is good . Too much is not necessary . This is my life slogan .

You are beautiful,Lu!Not everyone can be as pretty as you . for this you should be cheerful already !
